To assist the Cachet Chef de Partie in the daily operation to produce high quality products to their best knowledge. Train subordinates on food production, The LHI Brand standards, policy and procedures. 协助厨师长管理日常工作，使同事能运用他们的知识生产出高质量的产品。向同事培训食品制造，朗廷标准，规章制度及酒店标准，贯彻酒店政策程序。 Check the mise en place and make sure is according to forecasted level of business, fresh, portioned and correctly stored according to HACCP guidelines. 检查所有食物，确保其达到预计的水准，新鲜，分盘，根据HACCP的指示正确储存。 Train colleagues according to LHI Brand Standards, HACCP and local Hygiene guidelines and assures that they are met at all times. 向同事培训朗廷的标准，HACCP以及当地的卫生标准，并确保其时刻达到标准。 Food cooked in lives stations in front of the guests or for special a la carte is cooked perfectly, hot and in the stipulated time. 确保现场制作的食物和单点的食物完全按食谱规定的时间和配方制作。

Responsible for answering and processing all phone calls directed to the Call Centre. All calls must be answered with a smile in your voice and processed with service with poise. Where necessary follow up must be performed to ensure guests tasks are completed within target timelines. A full up to date working knowledge of the hotel services and local information is required. 工作内容： 负责客房的日常清洁与整理，确保房间整洁、舒适； 按照公司标准进行客房检查，及时处理客户反馈； 协助完成客房物资的补充与管理，保持工作区域有序； 配合其他部门完成公司日常运营支持工作。 任职要求： 年龄40岁以上，身体健康，具备良好的服务意识； 有酒店或相关行业工作经验，熟悉客房服务流程； 熟练使用大理石抛光机等相关清洁仪器； 工作认真负责，具备较强的责任心和团队协作能力； 有良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识，能适应轮班工作制。
