To offer legal advice for business units and management teams in Mainland China and worldwide. 基础条件： 1.年龄40周岁以下，无纹身，能适配高强度、弹性化的会务统筹工作； 2.身高185cm左右，仪容仪表整洁得体，言行举止沉稳大方，符合高端服务场景的形象要求 3.具有英文听说读写能力，能够独立应对外宾及服务场景 4.本科以上学历 工作经验 1. 具备10年国际五星级酒店服务经验，5年高端会务服务、展厅、项目管理经验，独立主导过100+场及以上大型高端会务（单场参与人数≥100人），了解展厅运营核心，熟悉会务全流程（策划、执行、收尾）及展厅服务规范 2.有场外服务、酒水服务、餐饮服务统筹经验，能协调对接供应商、场地、服务团队，应对突发服务问题，具备跨部门、跨合作方协同经验 3.了解高端客户服务需求与行业趋势，有政府、企业高端会务或品牌展厅服务统筹经验 主要职责 1、主持日常管理工作，按时提交书面工作计划和小结，听取意见和要求，并在规定期限内落实执行。 2、按照软通要求，对标软通ISO体系，制定物业管理制度，包括不限于：安全生产管理制度、信息安全管理制度、劳动卫生与健康、危险源识别及应急预案等，组织物业员工开展上述制度的学习、培训、考试，定期组织应急演练。 3、按照软通及软通客户下发的管理规范落实执行，按标准规范做好执行记录备查，参加软通组织的工作相关培训、考试。 4、开展物业员工业务培训考试，组织员工参加职业技能证书考试，持证上岗，配合软通行政部收集相关资质。 召集员工每月例会，检查工作落实情况，布置工作任务，协调员工关系，就项目物业管理执行中的问题提出解决方案。 5、每日至少一次进行所辖场地巡视，对设备运行保养、安保、保洁等方面的服务情况进行了解，每天检查各个重点环节，落实场地安全生产要求的执行，发现问题及时解决。每月组织一次对机电设备、建筑物、公共设施和环境等方面的综合性检查，及时解决发现的问题，或书面通知有关员工，要求整改。 6、发生紧急事件时，立即组织相关责任人员进行处理，按应急方案制定的措施执行。对发生的紧急事件应在事后组织相关责任人员总结、学习，分析原因并写出报告进行汇报。 7、统筹并支持友邦场地约每月日常接待工作，包含外宾及重要政企领导接待工作，要求英语口语流利。 8、支持福州、南京、江西、武汉等异地会议需求，并输出上海城市会务接待标准化服务。 9、统筹友邦场地内餐厅服务、雪茄服务、红酒服务等相关服务需要。 素质要求 1. 具备极强的责任心、大局观与服务意识，坚守高端服务标准，注重细节把控，能承受高强度工作压力，高效完成项目目标 2. 诚信正直，严格保密客户信息、会务内容及展厅核心资料，廉洁自律，不利用职务之便谋取私利 3. 沉稳冷静、沟通谦和，具备较强的情绪管理能力，面对突发状况不慌乱；决策果断，有较强的抗压能力与执行力 4. 善于激励团队，具备包容心与领导力，能凝聚服务团队积极性，打造高效协作的服务队伍，兼顾服务质量与团队氛围 5. 严格按照岗位着装规范整理仪容仪表，保持着装整洁、精神饱满，始终以专业形象面对客户，维护服务品牌形象.

1. 学历经验：酒店管理相关专业优先；拥有1–3年国际五星级酒店前台接待经验、1年以上同岗位主管经验。 2. 技能能力：熟练操作Opera、PMS酒店系统，熟悉五星酒店SOP标准、财务收银流程。 3. 职业素养：形象气质佳，熟悉国际品牌礼仪标准，抗压能力强，能够接受酒店倒班、通宵班、节假日轮班。 4. 管理能力：具备基础班组管理、人员带教、现场统筹能力，善于复盘问题、优化服务。 5. 个人特质：服务意识强、沟通能力优秀、遇事冷静，具备极强的责任心、执行力和团队协作能力。

岗位职责 1、解释本美容院的服务意识，培育店员的敬业精神，合理使用人才。 2、制定工作计划，分工明确，协助店员达成目标以及提升店员的技术和销售能力。 3、分析顾客的意见，解释服务目标及标准，与其他员工共同制定改善服务的方法，以身作则，执行服务承诺。 4、定期了解客源拓展情况和市场竞争动态，并分析形势，制定对策。 5、订立公正、合理、有效的奖罚制度，协调店员之间的关系，维护良好的纪律。 6、督导日常工作，保证美容院各环节的正常营运。 7、选择优质的产品为顾客服务，确保产品效果良好，质量稳定，物有所值。 8、定期培训员工，以提高服务素质。 岗位要求 1、年龄35岁优先，五官端正，形象大方，气质良好，具有管理魄力及亲和力。 2、具备美容师高级劳动资格认证或相当于高级美容师资格。 3、认真负责、诚心敬业、踏实肯干。 4、具有一定的职业技能，熟悉美容业的经营与运作模式。 5、具有良好的业务能力、营销能力、指导能力及协调能力。 6、有美容院管理经验者优先。
