【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店大堂区域的宾客接待工作，提供专业、热情的迎送服务，确保宾客获得良好的印象。 2、协助礼宾司管理礼宾部日常运营，包括行李寄存、车辆安排、票务预订等服务，确保流程高效顺畅。 3、为宾客提供本地旅游、交通、餐饮等信息的咨询与推荐，协助解决宾客的个性化需求。 4、监督并指导礼宾员的工作表现，确保服务标准符合酒店要求，必要时提供培训支持。 5、处理宾客投诉或特殊需求，及时协调相关部门解决问题，提升宾客满意度。 6、维护礼宾部设备及用品的完好性，确保工作区域整洁有序。 7、协助完成部门排班、考勤及数据统计等行政事务。 【岗位要求】 1、具备良好的服务意识与职业素养，能够以热情、细致的态度对待每一位宾客。 2、优秀的沟通与协调能力，能高效处理宾客需求及突发情况。 3、具备团队合作精神，能够与前台、客房等部门紧密配合。 4、形象端正，举止得体，普通话流利，掌握基础英语沟通能力者优先。

监督其他宾客关系部的工作。保证他们遵循酒店的规章制度，服务程序及标准并致力于提高所有客人的满意度。确保以上工作区域的员工能始终保持专业的态度，并且遵守公司的所有政策和程序。

【岗位职责】 1.负责酒店西餐厅热菜的制作，确保菜品质量、口味符合酒店标准； 2.根据菜单要求准备食材，合理控制食材成本，减少浪费； 3.保持厨房工作区域的清洁卫生，遵守食品安全和卫生标准； 4.协助研发新菜品，定期更新菜单以提升顾客满意度； 6.配合厨房团队完成每日餐品准备工作，确保出餐效率； 7.维护和保养厨房设备，及时报告设备故障问题。 【岗位要求】 1.高中以上学历，2年以上同岗位工作经验，有希尔顿体系工作经验优先； 2.具备热菜烹饪基础技能，能独立完成常见中西式热菜制作； 3.了解食材特性及烹饪原理，掌握基本刀工和火候控制； 4.有团队合作精神，能适应快节奏的厨房工作环境； 5.注重食品卫生安全，持有健康证者优先； 6.愿意学习新菜品和烹饪技术，有创新意识。
