1、部门统筹管理：全面负责客房部日常运营管理，制定部门工作计划、预算、工作标准及流程，统筹客房、公区、布草、洗衣房等板块工作，保障客房服务有序开展。 2、客房服务管控：监督客房清扫、查房、布草更换、卫生消杀、物品摆放等标准执行，把控客房卫生质量、服务效率，处理客房服务投诉与突发问题，提升宾客入住体验。 3、人员团队管理：负责客房部员工招聘、排班、培训、绩效考核、奖惩及日常管理，搭建服务团队，提升员工服务技能与职业素养，稳定员工队伍。 4、物资与成本管控：管控客房易耗品、布草、清洁用品、工具的采购、领用、盘点，控制物资损耗与部门运营成本；管理布草洗涤、收发、盘点，确保布草干净完好。 5、安全与卫生管理：落实消防安全、客房防盗、防滑、消杀防疫等安全制度，定期检查客房设施、电器、消防器材；监督公区、客房卫生标准，符合酒店及行业卫生规范。 6、跨部门协同：对接前厅、工程、餐饮、安保等部门，及时沟通客房状态、维修报修、宾客需求，保障入住、退房、接待流程顺畅。 7、报表与数据分析：每日/每周/每月统计客房清扫量、入住率、物资消耗、投诉情况等数据，制作工作报表，优化管理方案。 8、宾客关系维护：处理宾客关于客房卫生、服务、设施等方面的投诉与建议，主动提升服务品质，维护酒店口碑。

岗位职责 1、遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。 2、按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序。 3、完成综合性临时任务，如检查VIP房、监督客房、餐厅、大堂等外包大修工作。 4、完成宾客提出的小修工作。 5、完成维修领班安排的其它工作。 6、提供客房设施现状、公共区域现状，提出补救意见。 岗位要求 1、初中以上文化程度；2年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、以电工优先，对钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工专业知识有一定的了解，具备一专多能，动手能力强。 3、五官端正 4、身体健康，精力充沛。

岗位职责：(机修工，负责厨具维修） 1、负责日常维修、计划检修、保养，保证酒店设施达标 2、负责施工监理、配电线路安装等工作； 3、有计划的开展酒店设施检查工作，当发现有安全隐患或设施存在问题有可能影响正常运做时必须及时上报。 4、负责内部所有电气设备的维护检修工作。 5、保持工作区域和储存区域的清洁。 6、 严格执行防火和人身安全规定。 任职资格： 1、身体健康，年龄在45岁以下； 2、1年以上工作经验，具备中级以上电工证； 3、具备较高的维修电工专业知识，钳工知识；变、配电设施的管理能力，熟知安全规范和操作规范 4、具备较高的纪律性、责任心、执行能力、语言表达能力、学习能力。
