【岗位职责】 1、协助房务部经理对房务部工作进行全面管理； 2、协助房务部经理制定部门各项经营目标和营业管理制度，组织和推动其各项计划的实施； 3、协助房务部经理编制部门岗位职责、作业规范以及其他相关工作制度、规范； 4、主持部门日常业务例会，参加总经理主持的部门经理例会，负责本部门主管及以上管理人员的培训及工作考评； 5、及时掌握酒店当日入住客人情况，针对特殊重要客人进行接待安排； 6、维护新老客户关系，分析客源信息，掌握消费者心理，做为房务部如何提高客房营收； 7、积极完成上级安排的临时性工作。 【岗位要求】 1、大专及以上学历，遵纪守法、无不良嗜好； 2、为人正直、踏实、稳定，抗压能力强； 3、具有同岗位五星级酒店从业5年以上工作经验，最近5年在酒店相关岗位工作； 4、工作能力强，能独立完成以上岗位职责内容； 5、擅长客房营收规划者优先。
