【岗位职责】 主招：暖通，装修，机电技工或工程领班 1、负责做好设备检修及“三级保养”工作。 2、安排检修业务工作，及时协调机修各工种之间技术业务工作。 3、督促机修工熟悉使用和保管好各种维修机械和维修工具。 4、掌握各种主要设备的备品备件情况，合理控制使用，适时编制申购计划，保证设备维修的需要。 5、配合有关部门做好机修工的技术培训和特殊工种的定期复证工作。 【岗位要求】 1、中技以上学历。有同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2、熟悉各种机械设备的性能，掌握设备的维修和排除故障的专业知识，熟悉各各机械设备的工作规程和制度。 3、机械设备运行、操作、保养、维修管理能力。 4、良好的沟通能力，能书写一般工作报告。 5、执行力强，服从工作安排。

岗位职责 1、负责协助首席礼宾司计划，组织，领导，主管，培训，协调，审核行李员的日常工作。 2、主管行李员和门童的日常工作包括行李递运、安置客人、呼叫、信传达并在负责管理行李员的工作。 3、当团队行李抵/离店时，确保在门口指定的地方装/卸行李；行李车按指示停在门口，防止正门交通阻塞。 4、确保所有长期寄存的行李都被登记并将行李寄存牌交给客人。 5、确保所有属于对客服务的文件、记录被准确的记录、维护和更新。 6、与所有礼宾部员工交流有关酒店和及本地的餐饮娱乐信息。 岗位要求 1、中专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验3年以上 2、身体健康，品貌端正，形象气质佳。 3、优秀的组织管理能力。 4、优秀的交际能和沟通技巧。 5、善于同宾客交往、沟通，处理周到、果断，能独立处理各种投诉。

【岗位职责】 1、与既有的客户和潜在的客户及合作伙伴保持密切的联系。 2、高效认知和掌握销售线索。 3、代表酒店参加国际及国内的销售活动。 4、发挥创造力，为酒店的产品及部门做出应有的贡献。 5、仔细计划与客户的会面，对预定的客户实施客户关系管理，完成销售目标。 6、在所负责的市场区域内，监视和报告市场及竞争者的情况。 7、准备销售报告，确保市场及客户信息的准确性，以便于工作的跟进。 8、积极地传播产品信息，在负责的市场内营造酒店的知名度。 9、在所负责的区域内，与部门领导一起计划销售攻势，并确保其实现。 10、主动参与，完成各种销售报告。 11、协助计划和配合销售活动。 12、协助配合开发制作所有酒店促销材料。 13、管理客户档案数据库，手工或以电脑更新客户档案。 14、不断地对下属员工给予持续建议及支持。 15、执行上级要求的任务，完成市场销售目标。 【岗位要求】 1、掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识。 2、掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统。 3、了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场，会议旅游及餐饮销售。 4、能够掌握和理解市场和竞争。 5、必须具备良好的中，英文读写能力。 6、良好的电脑技能，至少会使用微软2003或以上操作系统、微软办公软件2003或更高版本、互联网及其它的流行出版软件。 7、良好的人际交往和沟通技巧。 8、独立工作和团队工作的能力。

【岗位职责】 1、负责客房部的整体经营和运作；分配督导员工工作，制定工作计划。 2、确保部门成本及各项费用，得以良好的控制。 3、根据酒店的运营标准，随时对房间和设施设备及各项物品进行检查。 4、制定部门的年度预算，并确保部门的经营费用控制在预算之内。 5、检查客房部的设施和管理，抽查及提升本部门整体工作质量及工作效率。 6、组织编制部门工作程序及工作考评。 【岗位要求】 1、大学毕业学历或同等以上。 2、有5年以上同星级客房管理工作经验。 3、熟悉客房部专业知识，熟练使用电脑，持有客房部经理上岗证或资格证书。 4、掌握熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。 5、具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。

Ensures that all room/suites assigned for VIPs are in order. Ensuring that all repeated guests and VIP feel comfortable and welcome at the hotel. 认真执行贵宾接待流程。检查并确保为重要客人所预分的房间已经就绪。让客人受到热情的欢迎并感觉舒适。 Checks daily arrival list for VIPs, regular and all FIT guests. Introduces hotel facilities and special services to guests while rooming. Follows up checks-in. 当天核查重要客人、常客及所有非团体外籍客人的抵店清单。客人住房登记时，应向客人介绍酒店各项设施及特殊服务，并落实客人入住手续。 Responsible for advising relevant Senior Management of all incoming VIP guests so that special requirements that may need to be attended to are actioned accordingly. 要负责向上一级管理人员汇报所有即将抵达的重要客人的情况，以便能够进行特殊的安排。 Ensures that the pre-printed Registration Cards are checked against the Arrival List to determine that all reserved rooms have pre-registered cards. 通过预抵客人报表检查所有预先打印出的登记单，以确保所有的预订房间都已经事先做了登记。
