餐饮部日常工作，维护客户关系，有2年以上星级酒店工作经验。

1.监督所在餐厅的服务和菜单内容的提供情况，确保高品质和一致性。 Supervise the service and delivery of menu items in assigned restaurant ensuring a high level of quality and consistency. 2.严格遵守酒店规章制度、食品卫生安全与消防安全规范及国家相关法律法规。 Strictly abide by the hotel's rules and regulations, food hygiene and safety standards, fire safety norms, and relevant national laws and regulations.

Continuously guided by customer and market perspectives, you will drive product innovation and process optimization to achieve and surpass established financial and brand objectives.  2.遵守当地的食品卫生和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。 Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

1.根据营业情况 备齐各类器皿、用品、做好各种调味料、小料的准备工作，并做到加工精细，符合标准，品种齐全； 2.准确掌握客流量及宾客进餐情况，及时调整出菜速度 3.协助灶台人员调理上菜次序、原料的初、热加工、出菜前的拼摆造型和原料拍粉，以及菜点盛器配置等； 4.根据菜单要求并按上菜顺序上菜，做到不积压，不错乱，不疏漏 5.严把菜品质量关：对大型宴会，团队、会议等各类菜点的留样，存放冰箱，并注明日期，单位，确保菜品质量，做到有据可查。 6.烹调后需加工的食品要用专用砧板，生熟分开，注意食品卫生 7.下班前检查设备及食品的存放，确保安全； 8.做好包干区域的卫生工作； 9.完成上级交办的其他工作

【职责内容】 1：具备500平店面管理运营能力。 2：制定年任务/季度任务/月任务，监督落地执行并完成。 3：指导完成每个月业绩目标。 4：做好店面人员管理。
