We are looking for a Reservation Agent with following duties and requirements: 我们在寻找一位具备以下特质，并可独立承担相应岗位职责的预订部文员人选： As a Reservation Agent, we rely on you to: 作为酒店预订部文员，需承担以下主要工作职责： 1、Handle reservation requests from customers via phone, email, online platforms, etc., accurately input into the reservation system and confirm information.   处理客户通过电话、邮件、线上平台等渠道的预订请求，准确录入系统并确认信息。 2、Be responsible for daily management of reservation information, including modification, cancellation, inquiry and filing, to ensure accurate and complete data.   负责预订信息的日常管理，包括修改、取消、查询及归档，确保数据准确完整。 3、Answer customers' inquiries related to reservations such as room rates, room types, promotions and check-in policies, providing professional services.   解答客户关于房价、房型、优惠活动及入住政策等预订相关咨询，提供专业服务。 4、Coordinate with front desk, sales and other departments, synchronize reservation information to ensure a smooth check-in process for guests.   与前台、销售等部门协调沟通，同步预订信息，保障客人入住流程顺畅。 5、Regularly count reservation data and generate basic reports to provide data support for department operations.   定期统计预订数据，生成基础报表，为部门运营提供数据支持。 6、Strictly abide by hotel reservation procedures and policies, and assist in maintaining the normal operation of the reservation system.   严格遵守酒店预订流程及政策，协助维护预订系统的正常运行。 We are looking someone who: 我们寻找的人选需具备： 1、College degree or above, with more than 1 year of hotel reservation experience is better.   大专及以上学历，1年以上酒店预订经验优先。 2、Familiar with hotel reservation systems (Opera) and office software operation, with basic data processing ability.   熟悉酒店预订系统（如 Opera）及办公软件操作，具备基础数据处理能力。 3、Good communication and expression skills, patient and meticulous, able to respond to customer needs efficiently.   具备良好的沟通表达能力，耐心细致，能高效回应客户需求。 4、Understand hotel room rate system, room type characteristics and various promotional policies, and master basic sales skills.   了解酒店房价体系、房型特点及各类促销政策，掌握基础销售技巧。 5、Good English listening and speaking skills, able to handle simple reservation communication with foreign customers.   英语听说能力良好，可应对涉外客户的简单预订沟通。 6、Strong sense of work responsibility, with team spirit, able to adapt to shift work.   工作责任心强，具备团队协作精神。 If you are the right person, what are you waiting for? 岗位职责： 1、协助厨师长做好厨房的组织领导与业务管理工作。 2、协助指挥烹调工作，制定菜单，对菜点质量现场把关。 3、控制食品成本、合理使用各种原料，减少浪费并保证出品质量。 4、完成个季度美食节的制作。 岗位要求： 1、同岗位者优先。 2、有相关岗位工作经验3年以上。

1、制定并完善酒店各项培训管理制度； 2、协助上级进行全酒店各部门日常培训需求分析； 3、负责新员工的入职培训工作。外请人员来店培训的服务工作； 4、负责全酒店员工的公共外语、行业素质意识及酒店规章制度培训； 5、收取各部门季度、月度培训计划、初审工作； 6、协助上级培训各部门业务培训负责人培训技巧和知识； 7、编辑酒店业管理和信息资料,向各部门和全体员工推荐公布； 8、人力资源部其他相关工作，如协助招聘、办理入职、活动、薪资福利等。
