Responsible for coordinating and supervising all floor staff to ensure the completion of all assigned work items. 2. Deal with emergencies, incidents, guest complaints and special situations occurring in various positions and regions on the day. 3. Check that the public areas on the floor and fire facilities and equipment are clean and in good condition to avoid and eliminate all kinds of unsafe hidden dangers. 4. Strengthen the management of statistics, statements and summary reports in the management area to ensure the accuracy of inventory count. 5. Check all records and control the consumption of alcohol, room supplies and cleaning appliances for guests. 6.
