Hold a departmental briefing with staff daily. Be prepared for each daily activity and review any variations with staff. Ensure work shifts are covered with adequate staff; correct staffing during peak periods and during high occupancy. Ensure all associates are aware of role and responsibilities and operate within their guidelines. Consistently document variations in associate’s performance and provide timely counselling. Constantly update training manual Have a thorough knowledge of hotel fire regulations and policy reports, safety programs, and what the direct duties are in relation to each. Ensure that all associates are properly trained to these procedures. Have accurate and complete guest assistance information available regarding events taking place in town, restaurants, athletic events, etc … Facilitate departmental training modules; continually monitor, evaluate, and revise training content to reflect changes in the process; address the needs identified by associates and your manager.

岗位职责 1. 根据任务分配执行自身市场开发计划，销售拜访计划及执行情况的报告。 2. 了解市场动态，负责调查市场信息，定期向销售总监汇报工作情况。 3. 拓展业务，负责与客户之间通过密切建立良好的合作关系，力争从客户渠道获取包含酒店客房，餐饮，会议及婚宴的所有销售线索。 4.负责客户档案资料的管理工作，并按照要求建立客户管理系统和客户资料的归档工作。 5.负责跟进落实客户的来电咨询，到店咨询等问询工作，并做好店内迎客等工作。 6.做好自己所辖客户在酒店的各类型活动及VIP的接待工作，同时负责做好有关部门的协调及调度工作 7. 定期向销售总监提交销售工作报告、市场情况、存在的问题及今后工作的建议、设想等。 岗位要求 1. 英语可做工作语言，大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验2年以上者优先考虑。 2. 有较强的人际沟通协调能力，管理能力、判断和决策能力、计划与执行能力。 3. 了解合同法及付款基本业务知识，具备起草工作计划及业务工作报告的能力。 4. 具有良好的对客服务意识，服从工作安排。 5. 具有市场调查和预测能力，较强的抗压能力，能够适应高强度工作节奏。

岗位职责 1.确保自己的服饰、发型整洁、淡妆等方面全部符合规定的要求。 2.查看交班记录，了解上一班的移交事项，并负责处理。 3.熟悉预订资料，了解客情，尤其要记住即将来店的贵宾、常客的姓名，了解酒店的所有活动。 4.熟悉酒店有关客房销售的各项政策，向来店宾客推销客房，努力争取最好的经济效益。 5.熟练总台各项专业业务和技能，搞好对客服务。 6.熟练掌握店内外信息，提供准确的问讯服务。 7.负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续。 8.负责客房钥匙的管理和发放工作并严格遵守验证制度。 9.制作有关报表，为其它部门提供准确的接待信息。 岗位要求 1.大专以上文化程度，英语口语良好。 2.性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识、销售意识和责任感。 3.通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及总台工作程度和规范。 4.相貌端正，身体健康。
