Answering questions and directing people to their destinations. Example: escorting people from Lobby to check in area, from lobby to Niccolo Kitchen or Yue Hin, from Lobby to Fitness center, from Lobby to function rooms. 协助所有进入酒店的宾客，回答问题并提供指引。例如：引导宾客从大堂至前台，至欣厨或玥轩，至健身中心，至多功能厅。 Grooming and appearance, it has to be the best in hotel. Smile and initiative is also compulsory. 需要保持端庄的仪容仪表及外貌，微笑和主动性同样必不可少。 Open Doors for guest circulating in and out of the hotel. 为来往进出酒店的宾客提供开门服务。 Assist guests who have difficulty boarding or alighting vehicle. E.g. handicapped guests, Adults with handful of items, Mothers carrying baby, etc. 协助行动不便或上下车不方便的宾客。例如：残障人士，手持物品的宾客，带小孩的母亲等。 Be alert of the lighting, room temperature, background music, elevators performance and music at the hotel front entrance providing feedback to the supervisors for any necessary follow-up for lighting adjustment for the hotel entrance. 留意灯光、房间温度、背景音乐、电梯状态以及酒店正门入口处的音乐，就任何必要的跟进，向主管提供反馈，就酒店入口处灯光提供建议。 Assist and host guests in Tea Lounge area. 协助并服务悦廊的宾客。 Have Hotel Business cards available with her to provide to In house and outside guests. 持酒店名片以便提供给住店宾客和店外宾客。   Qualification： 任职资格：   Good oral English. Process guest check-ins, Check-outs, room assignments, reservations, and cancellations. Block rooms; activate keys. Set up guest accounts; verify/adjust billing; secure payment. Operate telephone switchboard station; assist with all calls/requests; relay messages. Test communications equipment. Create, review, maintain, print, and compile logs/documentation/reports. Assist in obtaining guest/VIP information. Open doors and assist guests/visitors. Coordinate calls/E-mails/deliveries to meet guests’ needs. Open and close Business Center. Dispatch bell/valet staff. Process accounts payable. Review departmental productivity reports, payroll forecasts, and revenue postings. Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment/supplies. Notify Loss Prevention/Security of theft/unwelcome persons.
