update and manage the notice board, newsletter, bullet etc, and disseminates
personnel policy and hotel regulations to employees.
协助更新、维护员工布告栏,通过员工布告栏,信函或直接联系等方式,向员工宣传好人事制度和酒店规章。

Maintains the T&C
Manual filing and keep in order.

Updates Staff personnel files.
更新员工的档案。

Type personnel correspondence, memo,
circulars, reports, Staff letters, meeting minutes, and maintains all the
files.
打印及管理人才与文化部的来往信函,备忘录,传阅文件,报告,员工书信,会议记录等,并准确存档。

Type and translate the memo and files
for manager and send the files appropriately.
打印、翻译上级布置的备忘、文件;按要求发送各类文件。

Prepare the necessary stationary and
other office suppliers for the T&C Department
and keep all working area in the department clean, all equipment well
maintained and keep all files in order.
准备人才与文化部必须的文具和办公用品;保持部门内部工作区域的整洁,合理维护设备。

Coordinates functions and activities
with other departments.
协调与其它部门的工作和活动。

Check
the attendance record of outsources
workers and part-timers from each department.
审核薪酬福利各部门外包工及临时工的考勤

Assist the Staff Canteen Chef to hold
the food festival and decorate the staff canteen.
每月协助员工餐厅厨师长举办美食节,美食节员工餐厅的装饰。

Prepare the meal card and meal coupon
for the outside people (including the outsources
company employee , part-timers and so on),and
supervise and manage it.
外来人员(包括外包工,临时工等)餐卡/餐券的制作及监督管理。

Prepare and manage the employee ID card /Name tag/ Pin.
员工卡/名牌/店徽的制作及管理。

Perform any related duties and special
projects as requested by the Director of Talent & Culture
