【职责内容】 1、主持美容培训技术部的全面工作,负责部门日常管理工作,制定本部门人员工作目标,组织并监管全面完成职责范围内的各项工作任务; 2、负责制定美容品牌的培训资料; 3、负责组织制定美容品牌的技术标准及实施;致力提升品牌竞争力、研究行业最新技术,进行技术调研,制定、更新与完善美容品牌的产品及技术资料; 4、每年根据公司制定的市场目标,制定对内及对外的年度培训计划,组织、执行培训活动; 5、组织与安排公司各目标客户群的需求调查及分析市场竞争与市场需求,配合公司年度销售计划,制定技术人员具体的年度工作目标。 岗位要求： 1、美容行业相关从业经验,有5年以上培训管理经验 2、熟悉渠道管理、门店管理等相关培训经验,能独立熟悉制作精良的PPT课件 3、口才好,有脱稿演讲和临场发挥的能力; 4、娴熟的手法,有研发新手法的能力; 5、对行业有深度认识; 6、能开发培训教材。
