岗位职责： 1.根据既定的进度表开展并监管定期客房维修保养计划。 2.监督维护保养工作，确保主机房按照营运要求提供持续不断的水电供应。 3.根据部门标准监督维修，维护及工程部操作。 4.定时巡视酒店内各项设施。 5.确保当值时间内各项装置、保养及检修工程快捷地完成。 6.协助监督并并评估工程部员工的工作量和工作质量，并向工程部副总监和工程部经理汇报。 7.一旦发现有关设备和装置安全的异常现象，向工程部副总监和工程部经理报告。 岗位要求： 1、熟知有关工程所有各专业系统的功能及程序 2、持有工程类相关证书 3、至少三年同等职位工作经验。
