工作职责： Position Statement:Through a comprehensive review process, identify and evaluate weaknesses in the hotel‘s internal control system, and provide trainingand best practice sharing to support the hotel in fostering a healthy financial control and compliance environment. Position Summary: 1.Focus on Finance Operations related internal control, including but not limit to Revenue/ AR/ Credit management, Procurement/ Receving/ Cost/ Inventory management, Contract/ AP/ Payroll managerment, IT/ System management, etc. 2.Every week, prepare a trip report to identify findings during the visit to the hotel and distribute the report to hotel DOF, GM, Area DOF/Leadership Support, Area GM, RFD, and GCM Finance Controls & Compliance Director, hold communication meeting to discuss the findings and potential risks with DOF and GM, and relavent HODs if neccesarily. 3.Based on trip reports, identify the root causes of the findings or potential fraud cases if there’s any.
