岗位职责 1. 全面负责酒店热菜厨房日常运营管理，统筹菜品制作、出品质量、口味与摆盘，严格执行酒店出品标准。 2. 制定并优化厨房工作流程，合理安排班组人员分工，确保高峰期出餐效率与秩序。 3. 把控食材采购、验收、领用与加工环节，控制成本，减少浪费，提升毛利率。 4. 主导新菜品研发、菜单优化与口味升级，配合餐饮部提升顾客满意度与复购率。 5. 严格落实食品安全、卫生及消防规范，监督厨房环境卫生、个人卫生与操作规范。 6. 负责热菜班组人员培训、技能带教与绩效考核，提升团队整体专业水平。 7. 定期检查、维护厨房设备，发现故障及时上报并跟进处理，保障正常运转。 岗位要求 1. 中专及以上学历，烹饪、酒店管理相关专业，持有厨师等级证书优先。 2. 3年以上热菜厨师工作经验，1年以上同等岗位管理经验，熟悉酒店餐饮运营流程。 3. 精通各类热菜烹饪技法，具备优秀的菜品研发、成本控制与团队管理能力。 4. 年龄22–50岁，身体健康，持有有效健康证，熟悉食品安全操作规范。 5. 具备较强的沟通协调、现场应急处理能力，能合理安排班组工作。 6. 责任心强，执行力强，有良好的职业素养与团队管理意识。
