岗位职责 1、酒店产品设计； 2、酒店广告文案与软件的撰写与发布； 3、负责酒店各大网络渠道推广维护与更新； 4、会员体系维护及实施； 5、参与各类媒体的酒店评选活动，并制定相应计划及目标。 6、依照酒店的市场目标，策划及开展市场营销活动，品牌合作，及其它新闻活动，确定具体目标市场并通过公关策略打入这些市场。 7、代表酒店与媒体联系，策划媒体活动，邀请合适的媒体及嘉宾进行体验。维护及拓展平台及KOL关系，以促进良好的安隅品牌形象。 8、酒店伴手礼、周边产品的开发。 岗位要求 1、XXX以上学历，XXX年以上工作经验，市场营销、会展策划、新闻传播学、广告学、市场策划等相关专业及有酒店和广告策划工作经验优先； 2、有互联网运营经验，有自媒体和微信公众号经验者优先； 3、有丰富媒介资源和良好媒体关系者优先; 4、有较强的沟通能力、积极主动，思维开阔、责任心较强及有团队协作精神； 5、有较强的观察和应变能力，优秀的人际交往和协调能力，较强的社会活动能力; 6、有较强语言表达能力强，文笔出色，形象气质佳，有极强的应变能力，能够在公关活动中进行富于感染力的演讲及对外沟通能力和谈判能力; 7、了解电子商务，大众传播，平面创意和具有创新性的写作与编辑能力; 8、具备一定广告营销、市场营销知识，及一定的对广告的审美观及评判能力; 9、个性积极主动，工作认真负责。

1. Provide direction forCook A’s. 指导一级厨师。 11. Participates in FoodProduction as necessary in accordance with the requirements and practices of their designated section /restaurant. 根据要求参与到指定的部门/餐厅菜品的制作与演练中。 12. Communicates to theirsupervisor any difficulties, guest comments or relevant information. 与自己的主管反映任何困难、客人意见或相关信息。 13. Assist the Outlet Chef inmonitoring the stocks of all Food , Beverage , Materials and Equipment and ensures service commitments aremet. 协助餐厅主厨监控关于食品、酒水、材料与设备的库存，以保证能跟上服务的需要。

岗位职责 1.遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。 2.按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序。 3.完成综合性临时任务，如检查VIP房；监督客房、餐厅、大堂等外包大修工作。 4.完成宾客提出的小修工作。 5.完成维修领班安排的其它工作。 6.提供客房设施现状、公共区域现状，提出补救意见。

岗位职责 1.负责酒店的所有给排水系统的正常运行和保养维修。 2. 参与蒸汽管路维修保养。 3. 负责冷热水管路的维修保养。 4. 负责酒店内的所有水龙头及卫生洁具的维修保养。 5. 对所有下水、污水道进行维护及疏通。 6. 配合做好所有下水系统设备的维修保养。 7. 负责各区域厨房内的煤气管道接口、阀门的检查保养。 任职资格  1.中专以上文化程度，2年以上同岗位工作经验。  2.具有机电、装修、装潢等方面知识。  3.有强烈的责任感和事业心，工作认真负责。

Ensure it is ready and in good order or condition. 检查工作区域的工作用品。要确保所有的物品按需放置有序。  12.Read the logbook.  阅读交班记录。  13.Alert in energy saving.  注意节约。

岗位职责 1.掌握当日客情及餐饮活动。 2.参与各项前台的工作。发现并上报工作中出现的问题。 3.掌握当天到店及离店的重要宾客，回头宾客。 4.在宾客到店之前准备好登记表、钥匙卡等以确保入住手续方便、快捷。 5.与住店宾客保持良好沟通以了解宾客之喜恶（喜好），协助宾客解决疑难事宜。 6.做好每日对住店宾客的电话拜访工作，搜集宾客意见并及时采取跟进措施与向上级反映。 7.在前台及大堂与商务楼层接待及迎送住离店的宾客。 8.协助入住商务楼层之宾客办理登记入住及离店手续。 岗位要求 1.大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上，有良好沟通能力。 2.具有良好的服务意识，团队协作精神以及良好的沟通、协调和应变能力。 3.注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强。 4.有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。

岗位职责 1.掌握所负责楼层的住客状况，提供对客服务。 2.管理好楼层定额物品，严格控制客用品消耗，做好废品回收。 3.负责对结帐房间的查房工作。 4.负责查收宾客洗衣、酒水的送回和补充工作。 5.负责楼层公共区域卫生的清洁工作和部分房间的清洁工作。 6.负责杯具的清洁与消毒工作。 7.负责脏布草的收集、更换与新布草的折叠、摆放工作。 8.完成易耗品的每期盘点工作。 岗位要求 1.有一年以上客房工作经验。 2.身体健康，相貌端正。 3.接受过正规客房服务工作培训。
