【岗位职责】 1、负责自助餐中式菜品的日常出品工作，确保菜品质量稳定、口味正宗 2、根据菜单要求，独立完成各类中式热菜的烹制，包括但不限于爆炒、煎炸、焖炖等烹饪技法 3、协助厨师长制定新菜品研发方案，定期推出季节性特色菜肴 4、严格把控食材使用标准，合理控制成本，减少浪费 5、负责炒锅区域设备维护及卫生管理，确保符合食品安全标准 6、配合厨房其他岗位完成高峰时段的出餐任务 【岗位要求】 1、2年以上星级酒店或大型餐饮企业中厨房炒锅工作经验 2、精通宁波菜、融合菜等主流菜系烹饪技法，掌握各类食材特性及火候控制 3、具备较强的菜品创新能力，能根据市场需求调整出品 4、熟悉厨房设备操作规范及维护保养知识 5、持有健康证，了解食品安全法规及厨房卫生标准 6、能适应早晚班工作制，具备高强度工作抗压能力 7、有团队管理经验者优先考虑

【岗位职责】 1、协助副厨师长，厨师长确保所在区域内的所有厨房标准均符合酒店政策，程序和标准。 2、监控所有食物准备过程，从而控制不必要浪费。 3、培训厨房初级员工，在他们厨房所在的区域内帮助发挥他们的作用。 4、确保达到厨房的卫生标准。 5、确保厨房设备被保持一个最低破损标准的情况下正常运营。 6、协助培训员工以确保他们有必须的技能来执行他们的职责。 【岗位要求】 1、良好的食品卫生安全基础知识。 2、良好的中央厨房基础知识。 3、仪表端庄，热爱酒店工作，反应敏捷。

【岗位职责】 1、按照下达的任务单，组织面点师制作各种面点产品。 2、检查本组员工仪容仪表及个人卫生。 3、注重质量，严格把好面点制作质量关。 4、协助厨师长拟定点心成本及控制毛利率。 5、提出面点新品种及推销方案报厨师长审定。 6、负责本组员工的考勤工作。 7、根据员工特点搞好技术指导和业务培训。 8、完成厨师长交派的其他工作。 【岗位要求】 1、中专学历以上。 2、具有西饼房相关管理工作经验一年以上。 3、熟悉西式点心制作，有一定的创新意识 。
