【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店宴会业务的开发与销售，包括但不限于婚宴、商务会议、团队活动等各类宴会活动的接洽与推广； 2、与客户保持良好沟通，了解客户需求，提供专业的宴会策划方案，并促成合作； 3、定期拜访潜在客户，维护现有客户关系，提升客户满意度和复购率； 4、协调酒店内部资源（如餐饮、客房、会议设施等），确保宴会活动顺利执行； 5、完成月度、季度销售目标，并定期提交销售报告及市场分析； 6、参与行业展会、市场推广活动，提升酒店宴会品牌知名度。 【岗位要求】 1、对酒店宴会销售工作有热情，具备较强的市场开拓能力和客户服务意识； 2、良好的沟通能力、谈判技巧及团队协作精神，能够独立完成销售任务； 3、具备一定的抗压能力，适应快节奏工作环境； 4、熟悉酒店宴会业务流程或相关行业经验者优先； 5、能熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PPT等）； 6、形象气质佳，具备良好的职业素养。
