About the role The ability to maintain operating criteria/spa concepts and be responsible for the co-ordination and scheduling of all Spa related services. What you will do 1.The ability to review all suggestions and comments from guests and make necessary adjustments. 2. The ability to keep accurate and up-to-date records and statistics on the Spa as well as of Spa employees. 3. The ability to yield the spa business for both hotel and local guests. 4. The ability to develop all operation manuals for department and implement training programs to ensure the growth of the department. 5.The ability to ensure timely and effective performance reviews for the department. 6. The ability to participate in regular staff meetings keep employees informed of hotel policies and changes as well as ways to increase sales and service. 7. The ability to arrange regular spa products training to keep employees familiar with the benefits of all spa products and increase selling skills.
