【岗位职责】 1、承接酒店宴会为主对接方向 2、会运营酒店相关的一些小红书推广并参与部分销售直播活动 3、部分线上OTA平台酒店产品销售的客户对接，婚宴、会议等 4、根据部门总体市场策略编制自己分管的市场的销售计划。 5、对本市场中的客源大户要熟悉他们的基本情况，随时关注其变化并适时做出应对。 6、组织本组组员对新市场进行开发。 7、管理开发好自己的客户，固定打一些电话。 8、负责组织销售计划的审定及落实，并进行督查。 9、协助部门经理做好本市场客户的建立及升级管理工作，保持客户档案的完整。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上学历，有从事酒店前台、销售、公关等部门的工作经历优先，会opera优先 2、具备酒店销售学、酒店管理学、旅游经济学、旅游心理学、公共关系学等知识的一些储备。 3、具有市场调查和预测能力，能及是掌握市场动态，并能综合分析，及时地提出相应的措施和合理的建议。 4、有较强的语言表达能力，能撰写市场调研报告，具有起草工作计划、总结及业务汇报的能力。

岗位职责： 1、视频内容生产（核心业务）：负责酒店全线产品（客房、餐饮、配套设施）及品牌形象的短视频策划、拍摄、剪辑与后期包装。负责建立并优化视频工作流，确保内容风格符合酒店品牌调性。 2、平面视觉设计：负责酒店日常营销活动、重要节假日、二十四节气等节点的宣发海报及图片设计。负责酒店内部及新媒体渠道所需的日常图片素材的修图、排版与美化。 3、新媒体运营与发布：负责将制作好的视频及图文内容，分发至官方新媒体平台（包括但不限于抖音、小红书、视频号、大众点评等）。负责各平台的基础维护，包括文案撰写、话题标签优化、粉丝评论互动等。 4、数据复盘与资产管理： 每周/每月对各平台发布内容的数据（播放量、阅读量、互动率、涨粉数）进行汇总整理，形成数据报表。 建立部门共享素材库，对所有拍摄的原始素材、成片工程、设计源文件进行规范化分类存档，确保资产不流失。 任职要求： 大专及以上学历，设计、美术、新媒体、市场营销等相关专业优先。 具备1年以上新媒体运营或美工设计经验，有酒店、旅游行业经验者优先。 精通主流图片处理（如PS）及视频剪辑软件（如PR/剪映），具备独立完成图片精修、海报、短视频等内容创作的能力。 熟悉微信、抖音、小红书等新媒体平台运营规则与视觉风格，具备良好的网感与审美。 具备基础的数据分析能力，能根据运营数据优化视觉内容。 具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作精神及抗压能力。
