一、 学历与专业资质 1. 大专及以上学历，电气工程、暖通空调、机电一体化、给排水工程等相关工科专业。 2. 必须持有高低压电工证、制冷设备操作证，具备特种设备作业人员证（电梯、压力容器） 者优先；有酒店工程从业经验者可适当放宽学历要求。 二、 工作经验 1. 具有3年以上酒店工程设备维护或物业工程相关工作经验，熟悉酒店各类机电系统基本操作。 2. 有设备故障应急处理经验，能独立解决强弱电、空调、给排水等系统的常见问题。 三、 专业能力 1. 熟悉酒店强弱电系统、中央空调系统、给排水系统、消防系统、电梯系统、安防监控系统的基本原理和日常操作规范，能独立完成设备巡检、日常保养和简单故障维修。 2. 掌握各类工程工具的使用方法，能快速排查设备运行异常，及时处理突发故障（如停电、停水、空调失灵等）。 3. 具备基础的图纸识别能力，能看懂设备说明书和简单的工程图纸，按规范完成设备操作和维护记录。 4. 了解酒店节能降耗基本要求，在值班期间能合理管控设备运行状态，避免能源浪费。 四、 工作能力与综合素质 1. 具备应急处置能力，面对突发设备故障或安全隐患，能迅速响应并采取有效措施，保障酒店运营不受影响。 2. 有良好的沟通协调能力，能与酒店前厅、客房、安保等部门对接，及时处理各部门上报的工程维修需求。 3. 严格遵守酒店规章制度和安全操作规程，工作认真负责，细致严谨，无安全事故记录。 4. 能适应轮班制、夜班及节假日值班，身体健康，可胜任设备巡检、现场维修等外勤工作。 5. 具备基础的文档记录能力，能规范填写值班日志、设备维修记录、巡检报表等。 岗位职责 1.牵头制定项目工程系统(水电、空调、消防、电梯等)的长期规划与年度运维计划，统筹 设备更新、技术升级方案，确保工程体系符合项目运营需求与行业标准。 2.把控工程类成本(如维修耗材、设备采购、能耗费用)，制定成本优化方案，实现降本增 效。 3.主导核心设备从采购选型、安装调试到日常运维、报废更新的全流程管控，建立设备台 账与维护档案，延长设备使用寿命，减少故障停机率。 4.确保工程部所有操作符合国家及地方的安全法规、消防规范、特种设备管理要求。定期 组织安全 检查与应急演练，排查安全隐患，处理重大工程安全事件。 5.与客房、餐饮、前厅等部门深度协同，对接工程相关需求(如区域改造、设备支持)。协 调外部供 应商、维保单位、政府监管部门，保障工程类合作项目顺利推进。 6.针对项目工程领域的复杂技术问题(如系统故障、能耗过高)组织攻关。关注行业新技术 (如智能节 能设备、物联网运维系统)，推动技术创新在项目工程中的应用。

The Director of Operations is responsible for the effective operational management of the hotel in order for Head of Departments to achieve and exceed their revenue and guest satisfaction targets. What will I be doing? As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Work in conjunction with the General Manager / Area General Manager to actively manage key property issues (including capital projects; customer service; refurbishment). Assist the development of meaningful, achievable hotel budgets and other short-term and long-term hotel strategic goals. Provide effective leadership to the hotel management team and team members to ensure targets are met and exceeded. Respond to audits that are completed by the company to ensure continual improvement is achieved. Plan, direct and coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments to meet and exceed guest expectations. Comply and exceed hotel and company service standards. Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and the results are analyzed regularly to highlight problem areas and take appropriate action. Manage and develop the Head of Departments (HODs) to ensure career progression and effective succession planning within the hotel and company. Seek and respond to guest feedback to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
