是否出差：长期出差 职责说明： 1、接受公司不定期出差； 2、协助前期店家启动培训； 3、售前铺垫跟进顾客，会中协助专家销售； 4、培训店家员工专业知识，操作方法； 5、对所管理的加盟店开展技术和销售培训，提升加盟店业绩； 职位要求： 1、人品端正、皮肤好、气质佳，有美容师或者美容导师从业经历； 2、性格活泼开朗，善与沟通交流，语言表达能力强，具有良好的职业素质； 3、年龄在18—35岁之间。 能够经常出差；  4、医学、护理、美容、市场营销等专业中专以上学历； 5、有培训及管理美容店相关经验优先。

工作内容： 1、了解店面情况，包括店内经营、销售情况等； 2、熟悉公司项目产品知识，能够一对一咨询； 3、负责下店培训工作，包括项目知识、成交方法和经验分享； 4、负责销售会议的客户邀约、接待工作； 5、负责铺垫和销售项目，促进成单及跟进售后服务； 6、负责与美容院、会所客户维护良好的业务关系，达成和跟踪销售业绩； 7、做好售后服务，解答顾客的售后问题、完成客户回款。 任职要求： 1、高中、中专及以上学历，有美业、大健康行业工作经验优先； 2、形象气质佳，学习能力强，思维活跃，反应敏捷有较强的沟通能力以及行业沟通技巧，有培训授课经验更佳，有责任心，有抗压能力，有较强的服务意识； 3、有一定的销售经验，业绩和工作表现突出者； 4、能接受不定期出差/驻店。

【职责内容】 可工作地址： 崇安区中山路177号梁溪饭店8号楼 崇安区人民中路139号恒隆广场3F 岗位职责： 1、根据客户具体情况，给客户定制相应适合的套餐； 2、接待客户，提供客户咨询，了解客户诉求，解答客户疑惑； 3、客户护理疗效跟踪，为后期续卡打好铺垫，促进成交； 4、运营管理门店基本事宜：员工培训，考核，作息，卫生，检查等 5、负责店铺销售管理和运作。 任职资格: 本地人或者可以适应短期出差优先考虑 1、年龄28-40岁，身高女160以上，男175以上，形象气质佳，阳光帅气； 2、较好的沟通交谈能力，能及时了解客户心理状态； 3、有美容、中医、健康养生、奢侈品销售、产后修复、减肥塑形，胸部护理，私密护理等咨询类或销售类工作经验； 4、学历大专及以上，专业不限，医学护理，美容专业优先考虑。 工作时间: 早班：10:00-19:00 晚班：13:00-22:00 做六休一，周一至周天选休 节假日轮休，加班4小时可调休半天，8小时可调休一天 薪酬： 转正保底10000（缴纳五险一金后）+净利润百分比，提供住宿 年终奖金，工龄津贴，阳光基金，节假日福利，健康检查 享受正常年假，婚假，产假，丧假等 工作满三年： 1、每季度公司寄600元现金给父母，一年2400元 2、健康检查“”报销500元 3、结婚生子更有现金大礼包 4、在公司退休，更有150g黄金赠送
