THE TEAM
You will join the Food & Beverage Division, a dynamic and collaborative team responsible for all dining, beverage and event operations across the hotel. Reporting directly to Hotel Manager, you will lead a broad team including Assistant Directors, Director of Restaurant Operations, Director of Bar, Director of Event Operations, Outlet Managers, F&B Sales Manager and all Food & Beverage associates. Together, this team delivers exceptional guest experiences and ensures the commercial success of every outlet and event.
YOUR ROLE
As Executive Assistant Manager – Food and Beverage, you will act as the division’s business leader and marketing strategist. You will oversee the performance, profitability, and service excellence of all F&B outlets and events, ensuring that each aligns with Rosewood’s brand standards and contributes to the hotel’s overall success. You will also assume operational leadership of the hotel in the absence of the Managing Director and Hotel Manager. In this influential role, you will collaborate closely with culinary teams, department heads, and executive committee members to elevate guest experiences and drive continuous improvement.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Lead all Food & Beverage operations to ensure successful, profitable, and brand-aligned performance across outlets and events.
- Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring associates consistently deliver exceptional service and by resolving guest concerns promptly.
- Oversee financial management of the division, including business planning, forecasting, cost control, and yield optimization.
- Develop and maintain strategic marketing plans that keep the hotel’s dining and beverage offerings competitive and innovative.
- Monitor operational performance, especially during peak periods, and make adjustments to uphold quality and efficiency.
- Build strong cross-departmental collaboration to support overall hotel success and operational excellence.
- Provide leadership in recruitment, development, coaching, and performance management for all Food & Beverage teams.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that company culture, values, and brand integrity are reflected across the division.

- You hold a degree in Hotel Management or Business, giving you a strong foundation for strategic decision-making.
- You have 5–10 years of managerial experience in hotel Food & Beverage and Kitchen operations, including 3–5 years at Director level.
- You have experience in free-standing or lifestyle restaurant operations that complement your hotel background, will be a plus.
- You have a proven track record with leading hotel companies known for strong business performance and high standards.
