The Role 岗位职责： 1. Follow proper attendance, payroll and key control procedures; adhere to standard operating procedures and strict time management; perform other reasonable duties assigned by management. 遵循考勤、工资及钥匙管理标准流程；遵守岗位操作流程，严格执行时间管理；完成管理层安排的其他合理工作任务。 2. Ensure the safety and security of guests using the pool; monitor area at all times to prevent drowning, slipping, equipment failure; activate emergency response plan for abnormalities; actively patrol and stop dangerous behaviors (chasing, diving, non-swimming zones); contact security if needed. 保障使用泳池客人的人身安全；全程监控区域，预防溺水、滑倒、设施故障等事故；发现异常立即启动应急预案（如抛掷救生圈、呼叫支援）；主动巡视并制止客人危险行为（追逐、跳水、非游泳区活动）；必要时联系安保协助。 3. In case of guest drowning or sudden illness, implement CPR immediately, call 120, report supervisor, submit written report within 24 hours; respond appropriately during resort emergencies or unsafe situations. 发生客人溺水或突发疾病时，立即实施CPR等急救措施，同步拨打120并上报主管，24小时内提交书面事故报告；在酒店紧急或不安全情况下做出正确应对。 4. Check and record pool water pH and chlorine levels daily; maintain good understanding of pool operation, water quality and safety standards. 每日检查并记录泳池水质PH值与含氯量；熟悉泳池运营、水质管理及安全标准。 Cooperate with Engineering for preventive maintenance (life-saving equipment, pool circulation system); report and record malfunctions immediately; properly care for and use equipment to minimize downtime; ensure department supplies and equipment are in good functional condition; report equipment malfunctions promptly and accurately. 配合工程部进行设施设备预防性维护（如救生器材、泳池循环系统巡检）；发现故障立即上报并记录；正确使用与保养设备，减少故障停机；确保部门物资与设备状态良好、正常可用；及时、准确上报设备故障。 5.
