Proficient English in verbal and writing. 职位描述： 1. 全面负责酒店各项业务的管理及员工管理；制定酒店的发展战略。 2. 定期向业主公司总经理汇报酒店的经营指标与业绩。 3. 负责酒店的全面运营管理，其中包括使酒店收益最大化、增加客房入住率、完成酒店的战略规     划、占据酒店的传统市场、根据当地酒店业的特色开辟新的市场份额、控制成本等。 4. 负责建立酒店的高素质管理团队。 5. 依照雅阁集团的运营标准经营管理酒店，突出集团的品牌优势。 6. 协调与雅阁酒店管理集团及业主公司间的业务关系。 任职要求： 1. 大学本科以上学历，有在高星级酒店总经理工作经验者优先。 2. 五年以上国际化星级酒店行政管理工作经验，熟悉酒店各部门的经营管理工作。 3. 通晓酒店各部门的经营管理工作，尤其是客房，餐饮，前厅等关键职能，理解酒店的管理机制     和程序。 4. 有较强的沟通协调和创新能力，有良好的团队意识和领导能力。 5. 熟练的英语听说读写能力。    

【岗位职责】 1、负责客房部分配员工的工作 2、根据酒店的运营标准，随时对房间和设施设备及各项物品进行检查。 3、检查客房部的设施和管理。 【岗位要求】 1、有两年以上客房工作经验。 2、熟悉客房部知识，熟练使用电脑， 3、掌握客房服务流程和质量标准。 4、具有组织协调能力、应变能力。
