工作职责： Assist the Manager in administration and management all Front Office operation to ensure profitability , control cost and quality standards to insure total guest satisfaction . 岗位职责 1、每天检查各区域日常工作并向部门经理汇报。 2、检查各区域主管制订的工作计划。 3、如需要可向部门经理提出建议，就有关人员及设备问题提出申请。 4、掌握住客情况和房态，抽查客房，检查VIP房间，不定期拜访长住客，探访生病宾客。 5、检查所有公共区域的卫生，并保证干净和工作正常。 6、负责所有可租房随时保持最佳状态。 7、接受部门经理布置的额外工作，并组织部门主管进行卫生检查，做好检查记录。 8、监督楼面和客房中心的盘点工作；协调洗衣房做好布草的盘点工作。 岗位要求 1、大专毕业学历或同等以上文化程度。 2、有3年以上客房管理工作经验。 3、熟悉本部门专业知识，熟练使用电脑。 4、身体健康，相貌端正。 5、受过专业培训；并且能力出众者。
