【岗位职责】   1、负责厨房炉灶区域的日常运营管理，确保菜品出品质量稳定、口味正宗；   2、根据餐厅经营需求，设计并优化川菜菜单，开发新菜品，提升顾客满意度；   3、监督食材的验收、储存及使用，确保原材料新鲜、安全，符合卫生标准；   4、合理安排炉灶人员工作，协调各岗位配合，提高厨房整体工作效率；   5、控制菜品成本，减少浪费，协助制定厨房预算及成本管控方案；  6、定期组织厨房员工技能培训，提升团队专业水平及协作能力；  7、严格执行食品安全及卫生管理制度，确保厨房环境符合相关法规要求。   【岗位要求】   1、5年以上川菜烹饪经验，精通川菜各类烹饪技法（如炒、烧、炖、煸等）；   2、熟悉川菜原料特性及调味技巧，能独立完成经典川菜（如水煮鱼、宫保鸡丁、麻婆豆腐等）的制作；   3、具备厨房团队管理经验，能有效分配任务并处理突发情况；   4、对成本控制敏感，有较强的菜品研发和创新能力；   5、工作责任心强，能适应餐饮行业高强度工作节奏；  6、持有厨师职业资格证或健康证者优先。

-协助制定、保持及更新详细的部门营运手册。营运手册要包括部门的政策及程序，部门的工作程序及标准。确保每年的更新要准确反映任何改变。 -确保根据经营理念对部门进行高效地管理，根据标准提供有礼的、专业的、高效并且富有弹性的服务。-能够工作得富有弹性，能够适应餐饮部不同部门和酒店安排的其它部门工作。-处理客人关于食品、酒水和服务方面的投诉、要求以及疑问。-适当地分配职责和责任，以使员工掌握技能并获得资源；在确保保持运营及安全标准的同时，关心并发展员工。

工作职责：  1、厨房中餐部分的菜式烹调，满足客人对菜品提出的特殊烹调要求。  2、负责厨房热菜部分设备与用具的维护、清洁与保养工作。  3、按厨师长签署领货单,领取每天厨房菜品所需原料。  4、严格执行卫生制度，保持个人及厨房的卫生，做到工服干净，灶具洁净。  5、完成领导临时交办的其他工作。  任职资格：  1、具备5年中餐热菜工作经验，具备扎实的餐饮业务知识及烹饪技术；  2、热爱本职工作，在工作中认真负责。

工作职责： 1. 根据酒店经营工作的需要，制定酒店的培训计划和培训大纲，建立并完善培训管理制度与流程。 2. 评估员工培训需求，搭建培训课程体系，涵盖新员工入职培训、岗位技能提升（SOP、服务礼仪、投诉处理等）、管理能力发展及企业文化宣导；并评估培训效果，提出整改方案。 3. 能够能独立开发或者指导他人开发符合企业特色的培训课程或教材内容，为内部培训人员提供咨询和指导，提高培训质量和效果。 4. 深入一线部门，了解前厅、客房、餐饮等岗位的实际培训需求，针对性开发或优化培训内容。 5. 建立培训考核与跟踪机制，通过考试、实操评估、质检联动等方式检验培训效果，持续优化培训质量。 6. 管理培训档案，统计分析培训数据，定期输出培训报告，为人才发展提供数据支持。 7. 与外部培训机构保持良好关系，并从中选择高质量的培训机构为酒店提供培训。 8. 统一安排和办理交流培训人员的工作。 9. 负责定期向行政人力资源总监反馈酒店培训实施结果。 10. 运营维护酒店内部员工公众号、文化墙，使企业文化落地，增强员工归属感与认同感。 策划并组织员工关怀活动，如员工生日会、优秀员工表彰、节日慰问、团队拓展等，营造温馨和谐的团队氛围。 【岗位要求】 1. 具备较强的学习能力和感染力，优秀的沟通与表达能力，能够够清晰传达培训内容并调动员工积极性。 2. 具备一定的课程设计与开发能力，能独立完成培训材料的编写。 3.熟练使用办公软件，具备基础的数据分析能力。 4、具备较强的组织协调和跨部门沟通能力
