It’s this history that inspired the NBBJ Shanghai-designed building’s interiors by acclaimed international firm Hirsch Bedner Associates of Singapore. 岗位职责 1、主要负责凉菜的成品制作。 2、做好每日餐前准备，保证销售需要及原料的充足。 3、制定食品和货源的规格，作为验收标准，配合厨师长做好每季，每月的工作计划。 4、负责烧、卤、浸食品工作，能够品质各种共高级宴会所用的象生拼盘及花色拼盘。 5、与餐厅联系，保证食品正常供应，了解当地的市场行情，做好每天所需食品计划和货源计划。 6、执行食品卫生法则及有关政策。 7、做好每天肉品和半成品的清洗，斩劈等工作。 8、做好各类食品，半成品，肉类品的保管工作。 岗位要求 1、为人正直，有责任心。 2、有2年以上厨房凉菜烧腊操作工作经验。 3、有同等国际品牌酒店工作经验者优先。

1.餐前准备工作，备料检查：检查并领取当日所需的新鲜食材、调味品和干货。 2.负责对所需食材进行初步腌制、上浆、挂糊、焯水等预制处理。精确切配葱、姜、蒜、辣椒等调味小料。熬制或检查高汤、自制酱汁等，确保质量和数量充足。 3.检查炉灶、炒锅、油烟机等设备是否运转正常，确保工作台整洁卫生。 4.严格按照标准食谱标准进行烹制，确保每道菜的投料比例、火候、口味和出品造型一致，高效、有序地出菜，保证上菜速度。 5.对每一道出品的菜肴进行最后的质量检查，包括口味、成熟度、色泽和装   盘效果，不合格的菜品坚决不出。（当班主管进行检查） 6.对剩余的食材进行妥善保存，遵循“先进先出”原则，减少浪费。

该岗位Base地为安徽马鞍山 【岗位职责】 1、在总经理的领导下，全面负责酒店销售工作，完成年度、月度销售任务；  2、根据酒店年度、季度经营策略，拟定销售策略，针对性地开展各项营销活动； 3、管理酒店销售团队，加强销售团队建设，拟定销售人员的销售计划（月、季、年），并推动达成； 4、建立客户档案，维护老客户，开拓新客户，为客户提供满意服务，不断提高客户复购率； 5、与酒店各部门密切配合，不断提升服务质量； 6、协助总经理保持与外部关系的联络，营造和谐的经营氛围，塑造良好的企业形象； 7、协助总经理完成其他项目性工作。 【任职资格】 1、8年以上酒店行业销售经验，5年以上销售总监以上管理岗位工作经验，带领团队不少于4人； 2、熟悉安徽地区甚至马鞍山地区的市场情况，有客户资源的优先考虑。
