【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店客房及公共区域的日常清洁与维护工作，确保卫生标准符合酒店要求 2、按标准流程更换床品、补充客房用品，保持房间整洁有序 3、检查房间设施设备运行状况，及时报修损坏物品 4、处理客人提出的合理需求，提供优质的客房服务 5、严格执行消毒程序，做好卫生防疫工作 6、协助完成周期性深度清洁和专项清洁任务 7、遵守酒店安全规范，正确使用清洁设备和化学品 【岗位要求】 1、身体健康，能适应站立工作及体力劳动 2、具备基本服务意识，礼貌待客 3、工作细致认真，有责任心 4、能适应倒班工作制 5、有酒店客房服务经验者优先 6、具备团队合作精神，服从工作安排 7、无不良嗜好，无犯罪记录

(1) 严格遵守国家的法律、法规和酒店的各项规章制度。取得《建（构）筑物消防员操作中级证书》，了解和掌握消防报警控制设备设施各项性能指标及操作方法。 (2) 坚守岗位，时刻保持高度警惕。监视火灾报警控制和监控设备设施，严格按程序操作，认真处理当班期间发生的事件，并如实记录。 (3) 经常性对消防控制室设备及通讯器材等进行检查，定期做好各系统功能试验、维护等工作，确保消防设施运行状况良好。 (4) 保持室内清洁卫生，设施设备无污渍、无尘土，室内物品摆放整齐、墙面、地面洁净；妥善保管室内相关设备设施和各种公用物品，杜绝丢失和损坏，做好领用借用登记。 (5) 当火警发生时，正确及时地操作使用消防报警控制设备设施，并按规定的报警程序及时的通知有关部门及负责人；火灾确认后，按要求正确的启动和关停有关消防设备设施，配合组织灭火工作。 (6) 发现设备设施故障时，及时通知值班主管和工程技术人员进行修理维护，主动配合相关人员进行设备设施检修和维护并如实登记。 (7) 充分发挥监控系统优势，密切关注酒店和写字楼内的各种情况，注意发现可疑人或可疑物。发现异常情况应及时报告值班领导，按照操作程序果断采取应对措施，不得麻痹大意、延误战机。 (8) 做好中控室的保密工作。无关人员禁止进入消防控制室内，因工作需要进入监控室的，需经安全部经理同意后方可进入，当值人员应做好记录。 (9) 认真填写当值期间相关设施设备运行记录，发生的情况和处理结果。当班未处理完毕的应交代接班人员继续跟进，并做好物品交接工作。 (10) 严密关注房间SOS报警系统，发现报警，立即通知相关人员处置，并每月对报警系统进行测试。 (11) 完成领导交给的其它工作任务。
