It’s this history that inspired the NBBJ Shanghai-designed building’s interiors by acclaimed international firm Hirsch Bedner Associates of Singapore. The design concept for Four Seasons Hotel Dalian draws inspiration from the rich historical of the city, particularly its deep-rooted connection with trains and the romantic allure associated with Dalian. Artfully designed rooms that offer a brand of comfort and cutting-edge technology, capturing both the city’s magnificent skyline and the stunning ocean vistas. The interiors of the hotel’s signature restaurants were conceived by Tokyo-based Strickland, which drew inspiration directly from the city’s history and culture to create authentic and unforgettable experience. 岗位职责： 1.       了解预期抵达客人名单、订房单和客人的特殊要求，做好接待准备工作。 2.       为客人办理入住退房登记手续，负责办理客人换房、开门、留言、行李寄存、叫醒、解答问询等服务； 3.       随时掌握和了解房态、价格等信息，积极有效地推销客房及服务项目； 4.       真诚对待每位宾客，建立融洽的客户关系，提高客户满意度；建立客户档案并维护。 5.       对照预期离店客人报表，整理好客人的客账资料，确保客人签单与客账记录相符。 6.       整理好仪表仪容和个人卫生、按时到岗、听从主管的工作安排。 7.       阅读工作记录，落实上一班未完成的工作。 8.       正确使用电脑，按要求提供客人所需问询服务，同时确保客人的资料受到保密。 9.       严格遵守酒店的规章制度，积极参加培训，完成上级分配的其它工作。 10.   签收核对餐厅及客房挂账账单，及时收取非住店客人的消费账款。 11.   对照当天入住客人报表，查验当天客人的预收定金等情况，并予以过账，查验信用卡真伪及签名等。 熟悉暗记识别信用卡、支票、现钞真伪的方法，如有疑问立即向上级领导汇报处理。 岗位要求： 1.       为人谦和，懂礼貌，具有敬业精神，无不良记录。 2.       形象气质佳，有责任心，团队精神，普通话标准，良好的语言表达能力与沟通能力。  3.       能主动承担责任，乐观稳重，诚信踏实，能承受一定工作压力，具有较强的团队合作意识。 4.       通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及前厅工作程度和规范。 卓越的交际能力。

岗位职责： 1、遵守香格里拉集团及酒店的相关财务规章制度和相关管理规定。 2、熟练掌握餐厅收银软件的操作，在规定时间内为宾客结完帐。 3、负责各银行终端机的签到及结帐，保证机器正常运作。 4、核对账单，保证每笔帐款结算快速、准确、有条不紊。 5、严格审核减免、打折，熟记酒店各种折扣。 6、与营业点员工密切配合，保证各帐款及时、完整地收回。 7、及时将营业款投入保险柜，并做好“相关记录”。 8、在餐厅经理及主管的安排下完成餐厅日常服务工作。 9、根据餐厅要求衔接迎宾、领位服务。 任职要求： 1、大专以上学历，一年以上同岗位工作经验优先考虑。 2、认同集团及酒店政策理念，坚持原则、廉洁奉公。 3、有较强的语言能力，优秀的沟通表达及团队沟通。 4、熟练掌握酒店餐厅的收银、记帐等业务流程，掌握酒店管理的有关知识。 5、具有独立处理业务的能力。 6、身体健康，能胜任本职工作。

川湘菜 【岗位职责】 1、负责川湘菜品的烹饪制作，确保菜品口味正宗、品质稳定 2、根据菜单要求准备食材，合理控制食材成本与损耗 3、保持厨房区域整洁卫生，严格执行食品安全标准 4、研发新菜品，定期更新菜单以吸引顾客 5、协助管理厨房设备维护及器具保养 【岗位要求】 1、3年以上川湘菜系专业烹饪经验，能独立完成各类川湘菜品 2、熟悉川湘菜系特点及烹饪工艺，掌握调味技巧 3、具备较强的菜品创新能力与市场敏感度 4、身体健康，能适应餐饮行业工作时间安排 5、有团队协作精神，工作责任心强

岗位职责： 1.准备所有的配料并制作各种面包、面包卷、西点等食品； 2.确保有足量的面包供应； 3.负责操作间的日常卫生、工具清洁及收藏； 4.负责工作结束后的原料收藏、工具清洁、环境卫生的清洁、能源的关闭； 5.接受上级的其他任务。 岗位要求： 1.熟悉面包西饼等的制作工艺及技能； 2.熟悉西餐的相关知识及礼仪； 3.有星级酒店或西餐厅从事面包西饼制作工作经验优先。

【岗位职责】 1、各类冷荤的烹调制作，根据卫生标准严格操作安全生产，保证食品的质量。 2、严格遵守每个工作流程,妥善保管各种冷荤原材料，合理用料，降低消耗成本。 3、负责对专用工具、砧板、容器等消毒工作，同时也要保持冰柜、烤箱等清洁卫生。 4、检查每日餐后的原料消耗，及时申购、补充。 5、配合食品检验部抽查菜品及留样品种并进行化验，确保宾客食品的绝对安全。 【岗位要求】 1、为人正直，有责任心。 2、有多年厨房工作经验 3、身体健康，能吃苦耐劳。
