【岗位职责】 1、对大堂吧的日常营运管理工作。 2、负责制定大堂吧工作计划，并有效组织实施。 3、每日参与并检查、指导大堂吧工作执行情况，及时发现问题、处理问题并做好记录。 4、负责主持大堂吧每日例会；参加餐饮部经营分析会，并确保上情下达、下情上呈。 5、负责部门新员工培训和员工的在岗培训工作，确保员工的素质、技能符合岗位要求。 6、合理调配人力，保证部门日常工作的人员配置并保持楼面清洁卫生和服务质量水准。 7、负责作业前菜单或工作单的查看，主动了解每位客人对服务和出品的特殊要求，并及时将信息传达给服务人员和出品部门，且须一一检查落实。 8、全程负责并参与每次的VIP服务，服务结束后，及时召集服务人员工进行总结。 9、依据客人需求对大堂吧各项管理制度、政策以及部门操作程序、出品及服务标准提出有建设性的意见和建议。 10、与餐饮部其他部门的有效协调和沟通，使工作顺利进行。 11、关注市场，积极参与部门经营推广方案的讨论，并提出对经营有建设性的建议。 12、参与部门营运现场的操作、检查、监督，并及时予以工作指导。 13、定时与成控部主管联系，确保大堂吧酒水成本得到有效控制。 14、负责执行大堂吧设备、设施的维护保养工作，使之经常处于完好的状态并得到合理的使用，防止事故发生。 15、负责检查大堂吧员工个人、区域环境等卫生及员工操作安全状况，贯彻执行饮食卫生制度，确保部门各项卫生及安全措施的实施。

行政 Administration §  时刻为客人提供亲切专业的服务。 Provides a courteous and professional service at all times. §  对酒店其他部门的同事也就是我们酒店的内部客人也要保证始终如一的高品质服务。 Ensures that associates also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate. §  礼貌高效地处理外部和内部客人的问题，积极跟进，确保问题获得满意的解决。 Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. §  与同事保持良好的沟通和工作关系。 Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.   营运 Operational §  有效的协调组织厨房内部的工作，最大的提高工作效率。 Organises and sets up the assigned section of the Food and Beverage Kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximise productivity. 营运 Operational (continued) §  确保所有的菜肴符合菜谱的标准并保持一致性。 Ensures that all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes. §  协助厨师长和副厨师长充分落实酒店的标准。 Assists the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in ensuring that all culinary standards in that section comply with company and Hotel Policies and Procedures and Minimum Standards. §  监督食品准备和烹制的过程防止浪费。 Monitors food and operating costs and controls these by reducing waste. §  给员工做适当的培训，提高工作效率。 Trains the culinary associates in that section of kitchen in the skills necessary for them to perform their function. §  必要时或根据厨师长、副厨师长的要求，需到厨房任何区域提供协助。 Works in any sections of kitchen when necessary or as requested by the Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine. §  保证厨房的卫生符合卫生部门和酒店的标准。 Ensures the sanitation standards for kitchen are being met. §  了解厨房各区域，灵活安排员工工作。 Be familiar with all sections of the kitchen to facilitate the flexible use of associates. §  维护厨房内的各种仪器，将破损降到最低。 Ensures that operating and kitchen equipment is maintained to a good standard with minimum breakage. §  熟悉紧急事件处理程序。 Familiar with all Fire and Emergency Procedure.   人事 Personnel §  保证厨房内所有员工的出勤，制服，仪表和个人卫生也需要符合标准。 Assists to oversee the punctuality and appearance of all Kitchen associates, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards. §  给员工安排适当的培训，提高厨房的工作效率。 Assists in the training of the associates ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency. §  监督厨房的工作，确保工作符合营运手册的标准。 Supervises the associates within the department, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the Departmental Operations Manual. §  给员工安排适当的培训和辅导，完善员工的技能。 Develops the skills and effectiveness of all Kitchen associates through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring. §  支持落实人本品牌，示范并加强凯悦价值观和文化特性。 Supports the implementation of The People Brand, demonstrating and reinforcing Hyatt’s Values and Culture Characteristics. §  保证所有的员工熟悉我们的员工守则和规定。 Ensures that associates have a complete understanding of and adhere to associate rules and regulations. §  保证所有的员工遵守酒店有关于火灾，危险物品的使用和安全方面的规定。 Ensures that associates follow all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.   其他 Other Duties §  熟悉并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度，及酒店关于防火、卫生、健康和安全的制度。 Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety. §  始终对管理和个人行为负责， 并且积极展现酒店管理层和凯悦的形象。 Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times, positively representing the hotel management team and Hyatt. §  保证高标准的个人仪表。 Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming. §  根据安排出席酒店和部门的培训和会议。 Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required. §  响应安排，根据酒店、行业和公司的指令做调整，执行其他餐厅 和部门的合理的任务及职责。 Respond to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties also in other outlets and departments as normal assigned, and adjust to changes as dictated by hotel, industry and company.
