【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店客房及公共区域的日常清洁与维护工作，确保环境整洁、舒适； 2、按标准流程整理客房，包括更换床单、补充洗漱用品、清洁卫生间等； 3、检查房间设施设备是否完好，及时报修故障并跟进处理； 4、协助客人需求，如提供额外用品、处理简单服务请求等； 5、遵守酒店安全与卫生标准，严格执行消毒程序； 6、配合部门完成临时安排的清洁或服务任务。 【岗位要求】 1、身体健康，能适应站立工作及体力劳动； 2、具备服务意识，态度友善，注重细节； 3、能接受倒班制（含早晚班），服从工作安排； 4、有酒店客房服务经验者优先，无经验可培训上岗； 5、吃苦耐劳，责任心强，具备团队协作精神。

主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)： 1、清洁并根据标准与程序规定，保持客房、客房走廊、工作间、后区及公共区的卫生整洁 2、及时补充公共区域、客房、布草间及服务手推车中相关用品 3、在任务单上记录所有维修部完成的修理。如果维修工作致使无法出租客房，则应立即通知团队领导。（例如，座椅损坏，抽水马桶无法冲洗） 4、熟知并掌握清洁用品的正确使用 5、 将客房或公共区的物品损坏或丢失情况即可报告团队领导，并做好相关记录。 6、 保持对设备的清洁及维护，始终安全的操作设备（例如，客房PA机器的使用与维护） 7、 根据酒店和公共场所卫生要求，严格遵守相关规定和清洁操作要求 8、遵守酒店规定的个人仪容仪表及卫生标准 任职要求：  1、经验不限，肯吃苦，肯学习； 2、能够阅读客房部报告。
