职位描述： 1、当班期间保持良好的岗位形象和注意自身的言行举止及仪容仪表，文明执勤，礼貌待人，按规章制定严格落实每天的工作任务； 2、严格按照公司规定的收费标准，收取用户的停车费，熟悉收费系统各种操作程序，快捷、准确无误地做好收费工作； 3、当有车主对所缴费用产生异议时，向车主耐心解释，文明热情的服务； 4、在停车场道闸系统出现故障时，对缴费客人要礼貌解释，及时通知上级并报告管理处安排维护人员立即处理，并做好相关记录； 5、负责做好各种特票（优惠劵、免费劵）收缴、登记工作； 6、严禁在车场电脑中更改数据资料、玩游戏，违反者予以辞退，情节严重者送公安机关处理； 7、做好交接班记录，做好现金与发票的移交和接收工作； 8、完成领导交办的其他工作。  任职资格： 1、中专以上学历； 2、身体健康，吃苦耐劳； 3、有过同岗位相关工作经验一年以上。

1.负责领取楼层钥匙，负责按照操作规程和服务标准，完成宾客房间的清洁整理、物品补充工作，并做好登记。每日做房标准不低于13间，并按照主管的安排与时间节点做好各类计划卫生。 2.负责对宾客使用过的用具进行严格、及时、有效的消毒，并做好清毒记录。 3.负责及时收回退客房内的餐具、果盘、VIP接待物资等，做好回收。 4.负责报告住店宾客的特殊情况，如遇紧急情况，可越级向上级经理汇报。 5.负责及时核查离店房设备物品完好情况，发现问题及时向上级和总台报告。如发现宾客遗留物，立即交酒店前台。 6.负责保持消毒间、工作间、工作车及各类用品的整齐、清洁，严格按5S标准与要求整理整顿。 7.负责清洁设备和用具的清洁保养工作，发现问题及时报修。 8.负责所辖区域内客房的设施、设备保养和报修，并同工程维修人员进房维修检查修复质量。 9.负责楼层布草的送取和日常物品的领取工作，负责所辖楼层布草的管理与盘点工作。 10.负责将楼层垃圾送至垃圾站，做好垃圾分类，将可回收垃圾放入可回收垃圾室内。 11.负责及时与客房中心核准房态，迅速清理离店房。 12.发现非法留宿或住客有异常举动要立即报告主管和上领导。 13.负责辖区范围内的防火、防盗及安全工作。 14.完成领导交办的其他工作。
