岗位职责： 1.负责严格按照星级饭店服务标准、服务程序为客人提供服务。 2.在宴会高级服务员率领下做好摆设餐位和座位等开餐前的工作。 3.了解当日厨师长特荐及厨房供应情况，与传菜部协调合作。 4.熟悉酒水知识，了解并熟知所有食品准备的标准和程序。 5.征询及收集客人的意见，及时向上级反映。 6.负责所属区域的下栏清理、卫生清洁工作，定期对所保管的财产进行清点，做好交接班工作。 7.负责餐厅餐具、布草、杂项的清点、补充工作，根据订单要求到管事部借用必要的物品。 8.参加部门、班组举办的各类培训，不断提升服务技能。 9.提高安全意识，负责对所属区域的客人及其物品的安全保卫工作，负责所属区域内的消防防范工作，发现异常情况，及时向所属高级服务员汇报。 10.严格按照安全操作规程进行操作，避免安全事故发生。 11.楼面营业时间结束后，要检查楼面摆台，服务台清洁及做好所有收尾工作，并与下一班做好交接工作。 岗位要求 1.具有管理基础理论知识。 2.熟悉菜式、酒水、烟草、各地方的风土人情、食品卫生、餐饮忌讳等知识。 3.熟记各项操作规程并遵照执行，熟练操作餐厅的各项设备。 4.精通的散餐、套餐、宴会操作技能。 5.懂英语基础酒店用语，能用英语与客人进行沟通。 6.懂得顾客心理学。
