岗位职责 1.在西厨厨师长的领导下，负责亚餐炒菜部分内容烹饪，保证出品质量。 2.各类热菜的烹调制作，根据卫生标准严格操作安全生产，保证食品的质量。 3.严格遵守每个工作流程,妥善保管各种冷荤原材料，合理用料，降低消耗成本。 4.负责对专用工具、砧板、容器等消毒工作，同时也要保持冰柜、烤箱等清洁卫生。 5.检查每日餐后的原料消耗，及时申购、补充。 6.配合食品检验部抽查菜品及留样品种并进行化验，确保宾客食品的安全。 岗位要求 1.有多年厨房热菜工作经验。 2.熟悉饮食的工作规范和要求，掌握配菜的各种操作技术的质量要求。 3.能按工作规范和质量标准要求独立进行工作，并有相应的技术等级。 4.工作有责任心，做事认真负责。

一、主要职责： 1、全面负责各项目整体运营、市场发展，落实年度财务预算，向旗下各项目下达年度工作指标。 2、建立酒店管理公司运行机构机制，制定、组织实施并监督执行酒店管理公司各项制度及工作流程、健全酒店管理企业管理体系。  3、负责审核和指导各项目的经营预算和绩效方案，提出更新改造和决策。  4、负责统筹和指导各项目实现营业收入指标和利润指标。  5、把控酒店品牌产品标准、运营特色、造价标准、品牌推广、物资标准、设计标准、市场的定位等。  6、参与公司重大业务问题的决策，推进酒管公司人力资源体系的建设。  7、负责维护当地各种关系为酒店管理公司的发展创造良好的内、外部工作环境。 8、负责审批分管专业线日常OA请示和业务通知，以及签署分管专业线日常行政、业务文件。 9、定期参加分管专业线周例会和月度会议，解决各项目存在的经营问题，对经营费用进行分析，减少经营费用，分析人力成本、费用成本、毛利率等财务数据报表。  10、不定期对各项目进行巡查，对各类工作流程和酒店服务流程进行检查，发现问题，提供改善建议。  11、完成酒店板块负责人下达的其他任务。  二、技能要求：  1、本科及以上学历，酒店管理及相关专业。  2、5年以上五星级酒店管理公司管理运营工作经历。 3、具有酒店集团化管理经验，熟悉酒店运营管理，有国内、国际连锁酒店集团管理工作优先。 4、具有高度的战略思维及全局管理能力。  5、具有较强的品牌意识及体系搭建能力。  6、具有较强的沟通能力、营销能力、执行力、团队建设与管理能力。
