【岗位职责】 1. 负责保洁部的日常管理、成本控制、服务质量控制、应急事件管理。 2. 制作部门易耗品成本控制方案并实施，定期向直接上级汇报。 3. 检查部门员工及外包单位人员上岗情况、工作情况及仪容仪表。 4. 定时检查部门所有管辖区域，卫生质量、清洁服务标准，根据检查结果制定方案并实施，并综合向直接上级汇报。 5. 定期检查设施及使用设备、工具，注意使用方法及维护、保养、存放方式，保障安全生产。 6. 密切协助做好展览、会议期间的各项卫生保障工作。 【岗位要求】 1.学历要求：初中及以上学历。 2.工作经验：3年以上酒店或大型展馆清洁保障工作经验。 3.专业要求：精通各种清洁剂、消毒剂、工具和设备（如洗地机、抛光机、吸水机等）的特性、用途、稀释比例及安全操作规程。懂得针对不同材质（如大理石、木地板、玻璃、不锈钢、地毯等）采用正确的清洁方法和药剂。 4.能力要求：熟悉并制定各项清洁流程，清洁设备会使用、维护。 5.基本素质：须具备高度责任心。
