【职责内容】 职责说明： 1、股份制负责该市场，轻松创业开公司，18年老眼护品牌，开放区域直营。有创业经历及基础品项市场运作经验者优先。 2、负责拓展、维护所辖区域内的市场销售网络，负责开发加盟商、区域代理，贯彻与执行公司销售政策。 3、配合市场部门的品牌宣传、广告策划以及市场销售计划，负责组织执行所辖区域内的产品推广、促销活动，并及时汇总市场活动信息。 4、熟悉所辖区域市场情况，迅速掌握市场行情动态，协助市场策划部完成公司调研工作。 5、负责维护区域内客户关系，积极开发加盟连锁商，并与之建立紧密合作关系。 职位要求： 1、有5年以上化妆品市场开拓及客户销售工作经验，有网络资源者优先。 2、熟悉该区域的市场情况，具有独立开拓市场能力。具有团队能力和区域架构。 3、高度责任心和敬业精神，能承受较大工作压力。 4、能接受区域出差。
