【岗位职责】 1、核实并确保没有设备、设施被随意用于非正当目的。 2、详细并准确的告知员工每个活动的细节，并确保全面的贯彻执行。 3、落实经宴会经理告知的活动临时变更信息。 4、确保所有活动后账单的准确性并交由客人签字。 4、对新入职员工和老员工进行培训。 5、协助宴会经理在活动开始之前及时发现和弥补服务标准上的不足加以弥补并在之后予以贯彻和执行。 6、按照活动要求有计划的安排员工工作以确保足够的餐前准备时间。 7、礼貌、准时、高效的工作，和员工一起始终呈现给客人令人愉快和乐于助人的态 度。 8、对有可能举行的活动随时保持关注。 9、通过财务系统所提供的信息做出相关决定。 10、控制成本并向本部门员工传达重要财务信息。 11、协助宴会经理按照酒店及部门要求合理制定本部门员工年假计划并执行。 12、按宴会经理的阐述和要求为每个活动摆台并注意所有细节。 13、确保所有宴会摆台工作在活动开始前一小时按要求完成，各岗位员工准备就绪。 14、控制所有宴会厅房的分布格局及摆设。 15、负责所有宴会厅房及库房的整洁及卫生。 16、密切配合宴会经理落实上级领导交给的工作。 17、坚持在例会上和同事从各个层面对服务及投诉进行跟进和讨论。 18、查看每周活动预订情况预先对人员安排和设备设施进行准备。 19、按照宴会订单制作台型图和人员安排。 20、落实所有其他工作。 【岗位要求】 1、形象良好。 2、不低于3年的宴会管理工作经验。 3、能够用英语进行沟通。 4、有西餐中餐及宴会的工作知识。 5、有筹备开业的工作经验。

1.在厨师长的领导下，负责按食品标准完成各项切配工作; 2.协助厨师长制定切配管理制度，服务标准，操作规程，制定砧板，水台，粗加工的岗位职责，确保厨房工作的正常运转; 3.协助制定各餐厅菜单和厨房菜谱，确定出品价格，严格控制直接成本费用，确保良好毛利率； 4.参与市场调查，掌握供应情况，保证货源供应及时，质量良好，价格合理，负责蔬菜食品原料的采购申请，控制食品采购数量，负责验货接受; 5.组织砧板员工提前完成餐前准备工作，按要求做好切配工作; 6.严格控制每道菜品分量标准和搭配要求，严格控制成本; 7.负责督导砧板、水台、粗加工等严格按规程操作，确保出品质量; 8.确保厨房环境和设备卫生，把好食品卫生安全质量关。 任职要求： 1.学历不限； 2.有相关工作经验，能吃苦，工作责任心强，且服从管理。

【岗位职责】 1、遵守酒店员工手册及酒店酒店的规章制度。 2、向部门领导报告发现的安全问题。 3、对酒店员工和保安部员工进行消防安全培训。 4、检查消防设备，协调工程部使消防设备处于良好状态。 【岗位要求】 1、按照要求对饭店区域的巡视与消防检查。 2、在饭店区域进行专项的消防安全检查，发现和消除隐患。 3、对饭店备用钥匙的管理，执行酒店钥匙管理的规定。 4、执行部门对外来访客及施工人员的管理政策。 5、与工程部积极的协调，使中控设备处于良好的状态。 6、对来店的重要宾客的安全保卫。 7、建立和管理保安部内部消防档案。 8、对安全隐患采取必要的措施，并将检查结果和整改措施报保安部经理。

【岗位职责】 1、负责客房部的整体经营和运作；分配督导员工工作，制定工作计划。 2、确保部门成本及各项费用，得以良好的控制。 3、根据酒店的运营标准，随时对房间和设施设备及各项物品进行检查。 4、制定部门的年度预算，并确保部门的经营费用控制在预算之内。 5、检查客房部的设施和管理，抽查及提升本部门整体工作质量及工作效率。 6、组织编制部门工作程序及工作考评。 【岗位要求】 1、具有岗位所需毕业学历或同等以上。 2、有5年以上五星级客房管理工作经验可加分。 3、熟悉客房部专业知识，熟练使用电脑，持有客房部经理上岗证或资格证书。 4、掌握熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。 5、具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。
