【岗位职责】 1、着装整洁、守时，礼貌、参加班组例会，服从上级指挥。 2、依照餐厅制定的标准程序和方法为宾客提供优质的酒水服务。 3、熟悉餐厅制定的标准程序和方法为宾客提供各类优质的酒水饮料的原料、制作、价格和所配相应的杯具，积极向客人推销。 4、负责吧台酒水的申领，补充和日常保管工作。 5、负责吧台的日常和月盘点工作，并填写销售盘点表。 6、做好吧台设备、用品的保养使其正常运转。 【岗位要求】 1、有从事酒吧、西餐厅/堂吧调酒工作经历优先考虑； 2、具备调酒工作2年以上经验，熟悉各类鸡尾酒的调制； 2、热爱本职工作，有责任心，能吃苦耐劳。 3、身体健康，仪表端庄。

【岗位职责】 1、遵守酒店员工手册及酒店酒店的规章制度。 2、完成岗位工作任务，保障酒店、员工、客人的安全。 3、值守消防和监控设备，及时发现和处理各种报警。 4、发生火情时执行饭店的消防应急程序。 5、准确操作中控室的各种设备处置发生在饭店的紧急情况。 6、确保在规定的时限内完成工作。 【岗位要求】 1、在指定岗位上，完成安全保障和安全服务任务。 2、记录设备的报警信息，通知保安人员去确认。 3、发生火情时执行酒店的消防应急预案。 4、利用监控设备发现可疑情况和可疑人。 5、确认中控室的设备和其辅助设备处于良好工作状态。 6、妥善保管各部门寄存的钥匙，钥匙借领手续齐全。

一、岗位职责： 1、熟悉本酒店及竞争对手的服务项目和内容，在所负责的市场区域内，监视和报告市场及竞争者的情况； 2、根据酒店销售策略，制定不同的销售政策，开发相应销售市场； 3、跟踪客户，维护原有的销售渠道，开拓新的市场； 4、建立并维护销售数据库，及时出具和更新销售报告，确保市场及客户信息的准确性； 5、建立并维护良好的客户关系以增加销售额； 6、服务客户，了解需求并尽量满足客户的要求； 7、及时制定当月销售计划，带领销售团队努力完成和超额完成预算目标； 8、积极传播酒店产品信息，在负责的市场内营造酒店的知名度； 9、高效认知和掌握销售线索，发挥创造力，为酒店的产品及部门做出应有的贡献。 二、任职要求： 1、大专及以上学历，酒店、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2、3年及以上高星级酒店销售与市场推广方面的经验，至少有1家1年以上度假酒店销售经验，了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场，会议旅游及餐饮销售，熟悉本地市场者优先； 3、熟悉本地区市场和竞争环境，具备良好的销售技巧和客户基础； 4、行为举止端正大方，仪容仪表符合酒店行业要求； 5、应征者需具备以下领导素能：行动力、决策能力、变更管理、适应能力、沟通能力、以客为尊、人际关系技巧、群策群力、组织理解力、诚信、发展人的能力、解决问题的能力、战略方向、商业头脑、时间和任务管理能力； 6、掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统，熟练使用Word、Excel 、PPT； 7、年龄要求：25-45岁，能接受经常出差。 三、薪资待遇： 1、根据工作经验，薪资范围6500-10000元/月，优异者薪资范围可再沟通； 2、每周双休，缴纳五险一金。

1、制定并完善酒店各项培训管理制度。2、协助上级进行全酒店各部门日常培训需求分析。3、负责新员工的入职培训工作。4、负责全酒店员工的公共外语、行业素质意识及酒店规章制度培训。5、收取各部门季度、月度培训计划、初审工作。6、协助上级培训各部门业务培训负责人培训技巧和知识。
