Planning, Preparation and
Implementation of High Quality Food& Beverage Products and
Set-up’s in all Areas and Kitchens.

Cooks, prepares and
bakes food for guests and team members as per the standard recipes.

Seamless
working with Recipes, Standards and Plating Guides.

of all HACCP aspects within the hotel operation.

What you bring:

Minimum 2
years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other
organization
至少2年于四季酒店或国际五星级酒店同等职位工作经验。
Being calm

Requires a
working knowledge of the Food & Beverage aspect of Four Seasons
