    工作概述:全面负责酒店整套弱电系统的使用、安全及维护保养更新。 岗位职责 1、组织制订设备检修、保养及设施设备更新、改造计划,报上级审批后执行。 2、监控酒店整套系统的使用和安全。定期重起所有系统的服务器。 3、培训现有及新来的员工(仅限使用者)。 4、及时地为餐饮部门在Infrasys中更改菜单。 5、协助前台值班经理解决客人宽带上网问题.使用电脑部笔记本到客人房间检测, 同时可通知供应商工程师检查局端及检查线路等。 6、分析系统问题,纠正错误。 7、监控系统使用过程,在必要时记录在日志中,在需要的地方进行修改。 8、与西软, Ifrays, Shiji, 华为等软硬件公司联络,软件的维护,支持和硬件的安装。 9、评价增加系统的请求,汇报这些请求,同意后执行。 10、确保正确维护所有电脑硬件,确保公司财产的寿命和安全。 11、充分维护电脑,打印机和其它系统设备。 12、负责巡视、测试各楼层弱电井,维护IT设备、设施、线路并整理相关资料。 13、负责酒店会议音响的操作及培训. 14、能支持工程、安保方面的工作,关键时候能够顶岗。 15 、在酒店其它部门需要人员支援时,能听从部门安排。  16、 能积极完成上级交代的其它工作。
