1. 服从领导的工作安排，遵守本地法律法规，接受酒店或领导安排的交叉培训或学习，在酒店运营高峰期和有重大接待的时候，去运营部门支援服务。遵守干湿垃圾分类等政策。 2. 协助人力资源部负责人管理员工宿舍。 3. 负责员工宿舍的日常管理。严格按照分配标准安排员工入住坚持原则。 4. 负责申领宿舍的清洁用品。 5. 负责员工宿舍固定资产保管及每月盘点清查。 6. 协助人力资源部负责人做好寝室的日检、周检、月检工作。 7. 做好管理员的消防培训，并做好宿舍消防预防工作。 8. 完成上级交办的其他任务。 9. 负责员工宿舍的清洁工作。负责员工宿舍人员的进出管理。负责宿舍清洁卫生的抽查工作。 10. 协助管理员工餐厅，统计用餐数据，系统下单。 11. 协助员工活动：生日会，员工沟通会，员工活动等  热爱本职工作，工作勤恳，认真负责。

1、对市场传讯工作有浓厚兴趣，具备良好的文字功底和创意能力；2、熟悉社交媒体运营及内容策划，能够独立完成文案撰写与编辑；3、具备一定的活动策划与执行经验，能够协调多方资源推动项目落地；4、学习能力强，能够快速适应酒店行业特点及市场传讯需求；5、工作细致认真，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；6、熟练使用Office办公软件及基础设计工具（如Photoshop、Canva等）者优先；7、有酒店、旅游或相关行业市场传讯经验者优先。
