工作内容： 1、熟练掌握各类中餐切配技能，负责食材的加工、领料，配合厨师的工作； 2、负责食材的细加工，剔肉除骨，分档加工，选配适当，节约原料，做到物尽其用； 3、负责搞好案板、地面的卫生和刀洁净与保养工作； 4、熟练部门业务流程及操作要求。 职位要求： 1、要有2年以上的工作经验，服从厨师长的工作安排，协助厨师长完成日常工作； 2、身体健康，无不良嗜好 工作时间：做五休二，工作长期稳定福利好。
