岗位职责 1、协助饼房厨师长管理饼房的正常运转。 2、协助饼房厨师长进行西饼房面包、西点的制作。 3、确保厨房按照标准操作程序装备及收档， 包括所有食品的正确保存同时达到HACCP标准。 4、与厨师长一起指导并进行有关食品准备、卫生及着装标准的培训。 岗位要求 1、西点、烹饪相关专业毕业, 拥有相关证书。 2、熟悉并能传递烹饪管理、菜单设计及操作技巧。 3、具有国际品牌酒店的工作经验。
