职责义务Duties & Responsibilities： 1.  协助总经理全面管理酒店顾客满意度、服务品质、质量改进、食品安全、品质检查、社区关系等工作，协助总经理对各部门负责人的品质管理工作的执行进行不定期的抽查和持续督导。 2.  关注酒店的好评率，顾客满意度，核心OTA平台的得分和差评，对顾客通过各种渠道提出的意见进行收集汇总形成文档，改进、存档，并及时分享在酒店管理层中，要求相应部门及时改进。 3.  督促监督部门品质管理员（各部门负责人）根据部门相应的工作标准和年度审计的执行考核标准进行有计划的自查。 4.  制定每天、每周的计划在部门自查的基础上对各个部门进行质检，最终达到每月质检全覆盖酒店所有部门。并制定质检报告分享给各部门品质管理员（各部门负责人），然后通过酒店的品质月报上传结果和改进措施。 5.  针对质量管理的薄弱环节，负责重点监督与检查。 6.  以总部下发的《月度品质管理工作总结报告》内容及年度品质审计标准作为指引，展开全年的酒店品质管理工作。 7.  不定期为各部门品质管理员（各部门负责人）开展品质管理培训，分享集团品质管理最新政策及标准等。 8.  及时将酒店品质管理工作情况汇报至总经理，听取总经理的建议或意见，随时根据酒店实际情况调整品质管理工作模式，已达到品质管理工作的高效性。 9.  配合总经理开展酒店品质管理工作。 10. 领导安排的其他事项。 资质要求JobholderRequirements: 1.基本要求（年龄，性别，外貌等）Physical (Age, Gender,Presentation, etc): 25至40岁； 25 to 40 years old 男女不限； Man or woman is allowed 形象良好； Good appearance 具备良好的行政管理技能和沟通技巧； Good administration skill  and communication skill 2.学历要求EducationQualification: 大专及以上学历 Specific colleague course or above 3.工作经验Professional Experience: 相关专业及工作经历。 Concerned major andexperience. 4.其他要求Others： 计算机水平良好。 Good computer skill
