【岗位职责】 1、保证酒店设备正常运行, 尽可能降低能源消耗, 降低运行成本,做好各种设备的年度,季度,月度的保养与维修。履行岗位职责，完成岗位的工作，确保酒店客人及员工的安全。  2、熟练掌握各种消防设施和器材，熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施。 3、负责酒店音响设备的维修保养，并包括背景音乐, 监控，卫星电视, 电话，消防报警系统，确保高质量的保养和操作以满足客人的需求。 4、每天须将日常的各项工作详细记录在值班簿、定期对饭店进行消防的巡视，及时发现隐患，及时上报并采取措施。 5、除每天维修和运行工作外，应按规定的设备保养项目表进行保养项目及内容，不得随意改动，不准弄虚作假、偷工减料，按质按量完成设备保养计划。 6、确保酒店各机械管道设备如各泵房、各水池、各种阀门、管道、下水道、洗手间、茶水间等设备的正常运作，如发现上述设备有毛病，不能正常工作或有噪音、振动、泄漏、气味等又不能马上排除的，要及时向主管报告。 7、遵守员工手册中的各项规章制度，听从指令服从工作安排。 【岗位要求】 1、高中以上文化程度；了解酒店保安工作程序。 2、有较强的制冷设备、空调设备的维修经验。 3、对维修损坏的旧家具及地毯、墙纸、吊顶，门、五金，锁具要有一定的经验，能够提出解决方案。  4、掌握酒店强电、变电所、发电机供电系统。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。
