Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing all areas of the kitchen to ensure smooth operations and support hotel performance
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel standards for food preparation and plating in the kitchen
- Control food costs while ensuring accurate food output, inventory management, and demand fulfillment
- Support the Executive Chef in launching new food promotions and menu initiatives
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented

- 在保证食品正确的出品,盘点和需求的前提下控制好食品成本
