【岗位职责】 •            服从上司的工作安排，遵守公司政策、劳动纪律和部门SOP流程。 •            确保个人卫生和健康状况符合食品安全法规和公司标准； •            负责食品仓库的日常运营管理，确保食品原料、成品、酒水、饮料等的入库验收(核对数量、规格、批次及质量证明文件) 、储存、出库、配送、盘点、退货等环节安全、准确、高效执行。严格执行食品安全法规和公司标准，保障库存食品质量与安全，维护仓库环境整洁有序，确保运作符合食品安全和卫生标准。 •            按食品类别、储存条件（常温/冷藏/冷冻）及保质期要求，合理安排货位，做到分类分区存放；熟练操作冷库设备，监控仓库温湿度确保符合食品储存标准，落实防潮防虫措施，做到先进先出（FIFO）或先到期先出(FEFO)，避免交叉污染。 •            负责出库货物的拣选、复核，确保单据与实物一致，准确、及时完成发货备货。 •            定期开展库存盘点，记录盘点结果，排查过期、变质、破损食品，及时上报库存差异。 •            维护仓库台账及电子库存系统，实时更新货物出入库信息，保证账实相符。及时办理出入库、盘点手续，更新库存账目，定期整理归档出入库单据。 •            严格执行安全生产及消防制度，规范使用叉车等仓储设备，定期检查消防设施，消除安全隐患。做好防火、防盗、防污染工作，保持库区清洁卫生。 •            根据需求完成食品抽检、退换货等相关工作。 •            上级交办的其它任务。 【任职要求】 •            高中及以上学历，物流管理、食品相关专业优先； •            3 年或以上食品仓库的相关工作经验，熟悉食品存储规范、法规标准(如HACCP / ISO22000)者优先考虑； •            有在大型餐饮连锁、酒店、食品加工或生鲜仓储工作经验者优先。 •            能适应仓库工作环境，主要室内工作，需搬运重物（16kg或以下），长时间站立作业。部分时间需在冷藏/冷冻库区作业（提供防护装备）； •            掌握基本的仓储操作流程，能熟练使用叉车、地牛等仓储设备进行货物装卸、移动与堆垛（需持有有效叉车证）及办公软件（Excel、仓库管理系统 WMS）； •            良好的数据分析和问题解决能力 •            持有健康证（食品卫生），无食品行业从业禁忌； •            持有有效叉车证； •            具备较强的食品安全意识和风险防范意识，严谨细致、责任心强，能适应快节奏工作和加班需求； •            良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，积极主动，具备团队协作精神， •            能读懂简单英文的能力。 •            流利的粤语及普通话。

负责西冷厨房日常运营工作，及时解决在工作出现的问题，督导各岗人员并检查食品原材料的质量和备料，控制成本；确保食品出品质量复符合酒店标准。根据运营需要不断创新菜品，满足客人期望。

Pay more attention on the prevention of fire and personal safety. 3.对客人要求和投诉及时做出反应避免造成客人不便或不安; 必要时帮助工程部其他工种组工作。 Request and complaints timely response to avoid guest inconvenience or anxiety; when necessary, to help other types of work group of the Engineering Department. 4.在紧急情况下按照紧急程序开展工作。 Work in accordance with the emergency procedures in case of emergency. 任职资格 Qualification 1.机修相关专业。 Graduation from mechanical related professional. 2.初中或同等学历以上。 Middle school or equivalent  certificate above.
