Operate telephone switchboard, process guest requests for wake up calls, and connecting and directing calls to the appropriate extension. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately. 具备良好的烹饪技能和食品知识，熟练掌握拉面的制作技巧； 注重细节，关注食品安全和卫生，严格遵守厨房操作规程； 具备良好的团队合作精神和服务意识，能够与餐厅其他部门密切合作，为客户提供优质的用餐体验。有3年以上工作经验； 具备创新意识和研发能力，能够不断研发新的拉面口味和面食品种； 负责厨房面档库房、冷冻冷藏库、冰箱等的管理、检查，做好原调料的存储保管、清洁工作； 负责开餐前、开餐中、开餐后的准备工作、生产工作、收市工作。
